I don't think that's what they are saying. I think the 2600 leaned towards Trump and the gap between him and Biden shrunk by 800 votes.

So another memory cards been found reducing the lead by a further 449 votes.

Legal certification/canvassing date in Georgia is Fr 11/20.

Well the SoS said in an interview with WSBTV that Biden certainly won GA.

“There’s no doubt. The numbers support that. So does the audit,”

and that the audit count was so close to the original count that there isn't a "thimble full of difference"
