Oops, I need to get more coffee. I'll delete the post .No, they mean that Trump is going to gain 800 votes on Biden. So of the 2600 votes there, Biden got ~900 and Trump got ~1700.
Word has it Georgia finishes the recount tomorrow.
They are on track to certify by Friday.
