Good night and have a pleasant tomorrow.

You too. Thanks for the tolerance today. It's always tough after a loss like this. Worked on the truck a while and got it together. Life goes on.

One thing I truly like and appreciate is you are very genuine. And I know I can be a bit harsh, so please forgive me if I have ever crossed the line.

Your good. I don't really have any issues with people speaking their mind. Actually I prefer it. The world would be a better place if everyone said what they meant and meant what they said. Well except when talking to the wife. Sometimes it can get me in hot water. Lol

I got it all out. I'm done venting my frustration. Thanks for listening.
All I can say, is that everything will be alright.
USA is not going to become a socialist country.
You will rejoin some international agreements, you will give LGBT community equal rights which will then be taken away the next time a Republican admin take office.
Politics will become boring again, with the president not saying anything too contraversial, not name calling people etc.
There will be many opportunities for rightwing media and foxnews to rip into Biden and this administration.
Your politics will probably become gridlocked, Biden will be forced to use executive orders, these will be contested in court. If any SCOTUS positions become available, and if Repubs control the Senate then all nominations will be blocked.

As for Trump's future (assuming you still care). I don't know if he will be charged with crimes, I expect investigations will be held, proper ones, not just congressional, and proper trials will be held (if deemed approapriate).
I do expect Trump will continue calling into Fox News and will continue tweeting.

Anyway, life goes on.

Great points, particularly about the House results. And let’s not forget the Senate! What Trump and Giuliani would have people believe is that the Democrats have mounted a huge fraud (yet no evidence of such) but managed to still allow the real power, the Senate, to slip through their fingers! Really?

Absolutely. Joe and Kamala are leading in GA. (My home state, BTW.) The margin is only about 7,000 votes. So there will definitely be a recount. And there will also be run-offs for the Senate, which were non-decisive races on Nov. 3. Why would the supposedly fraudulent voting manipulation favoring Joe and Kamala not also help the Democratic Senate candidates?

Trump’s claim of a stolen election is the real fraud. He has not an iota of supporting evidence. It’s just another crackpot conspiracy theory. Some people of similar mindset will latch on to it. But anyone who thinks rationally knows it’s a fairy tale.

The funny thing is, I can so empathize. I was literally in the same place Tuesday night, when it looked liked Biden would lose.

I don't understand that at all. My sin? How so and what am I being accused of?

"And one of the scribes came up and heard them disputing with one another, and seeing that he answered them well, asked him, 'Which commandment is the most important of all?' Jesus answered, 'The most important is, "Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength." The second is this: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." There is no other commandment greater than these.'" - Mark 12:28-31

"So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets." - Matthew 7:12

"If you really fulfill the royal law according to the Scripture, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself,' you are doing well. But if you show partiality, you are committing sin and are convicted by the law as transgressors. For whoever keeps the whole law but fails in one point has become guilty of all of it." - James 2:8-10

"So also the tongue is a small member, yet it boasts of great things. How great a forest is set ablaze by such a small fire! And the tongue is a fire, a world of unrighteousness. The tongue is set among our members, staining the whole body, setting on fire the entire course of life, and set on fire by hell. For every kind of beast and bird, of reptile and sea creature, can be tamed and has been tamed by mankind, but no human being can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison. With it we bless our Lord and Father, and with it we curse people who are made in the likeness of God. From the same mouth come blessing and cursing. My brothers, these things ought not to be so." - James 3:5-10

You believe it to be fiction but yet you use it for your position. Atheists are something else. I can never figure you out.
Not really. You do not know what I believe.
I don't mind what you believe but I think the Bible is awfully convenient sometimes and is very apt to be misused. St Paul's Epistles were supposedly written in Greek, so your 'quote' is a translation, or in this case a mistranslation. Male prostitute? That is terribly convenient, but it isn't there, except in a special version I have never encountered before. What edition were you citing?
In the King James Version, often referred to here as the Authorised Version the word is 'effeminate' - not the same at all.
There are no references at all to homosexuals in the Gospels; Jesus seems never to have mentioned the subject even once. Check if you don't believe me. Strange how it has become so central to a certain strand of Christianity.

And you’re perfectly entitled to your opinion. But how would the Democrats have carried out such a massive fraud? Did they hack into election board computers and create votes? The Russians would have nothing on them. Did they flood multiple states with thousands of fabricated paper ballots and keep it unnoticed during counting? Wouldn’t these fake ballots also need to have choices for state and local candidates? Who I’d assume would all be Democrats. If so, it makes me wonder why they lost House seats. I suppose anything is possible. But as feckless as Democrats can be, it strains credulity beyond the breaking point to imagine how such a monumental nationwide deception could be pulled off.

The hammer and scorecard. Been doing it for decades. False planted ballots. Thrown away Trump ballots, and flat out deceit.

Well, let us know when you get around to providing any real evidence of that instead of vague accusations and he said/she said instances that fizzle out.

And any evidence for this you'd like to show? Don't talk of this as if it was a fact, if you cannot show any.

I do not need better material---you are agnostic---you haven't a clue.

This is why I don't believe a lot of Christians speak on behalf of their God. Because if God really wanted you to speak for them, they'd do a better job screening their sales people.

You just say that you are sure, but don't have anything so far to back that bravado up.

Of course I do... I'm just not providing it. Done are the days I slave and toil for days to put together a post that is thoroughly researched, to have it torn apart by subjective opinions and emotional rhetoric.

Do you know how much you could have learned by now concerning this topic had you utilized all your effort trying to get me to provide you things, if you actually went and looked?

The foolishness of preaching. God uses the small of the world to topple the mighty, and what is considered foolishness by the world to confound the wise.

The thing is----you can not sell the gospel. Those who try fail. And no one can force another to believe in something they do not want, it is the work of the Holy Spirit that calls, and many reject Him to their own destruction. Their choice. He pleads---He never forces. He knocks, He doesn't barge through the door.

I consider these two lines above to be logically contradictory.
They can't both be correct.

Of course you do. How can an atheist see how God works? He pleads, He suggests, He knocks on the door---He does not force, enough listen and His will is done. It matters not if you understand it.
