President Donald Trump's campaign rallies between June and September may have caused some 30,000 coronavirus infections and more than 700 deaths, according to a new study by Stanford University economists.

Everyone at a rally is there by choice. I realize those who are the vile authoritarians among us feel they have the right to dictate, or at least try to bring shame and ridicule on others based on the actions they personally disagree with. But, in the end, freedom means each is responsible for their own actions.

But the truth is, these numbers aren't real numbers. They are extrapolations based on a set of assumptions. In other words, the 700 is a wild guess as not only do they try to guess how many attendees died, but also try to include people they assume may have died who didn't actually attend the rallies. It's all a great big giant guess. A fable for the feeble. They could have just used a random number generator and saved a lot of time.

Those Trump supporters are adults, they know the risks, they also know their rights. They do not need the liberal elites to treat them like children and make decisions for them, they can decide what size soft drink they want.

A prudent step considering all the hyped-up fear being rammed down our throat on a constant basis. Since we are talking about numbers, I'm assuming you saw the reports about over 50k of the Covid deaths in this country were actually heart attacks. You believe numbers others made up, so I assume you agree with these CDC figures as well. I'd hate to think hypocricy was in play here, but you'd have to confirm.

...so those 700 people who died chose to do so as well? They weren't just people who got infected with covide because someone else chose to attend a Trump rally and ended up contracting covide and gave it to them?
