I am a christian lady with lots of imperfections but loving God's plan the whole way through. I look forward to learning and being challenged by everyone!

I want to challenge those who don't already spend a part of each day living in the now/meditating/praying to do so starting now. The bible talks about staying present in the now and not worrying all over the place.... it tells us to be still! So, practice that!
