Ohhhh but I think you do, Miss VMae. And are just trying to be cute putting on a stone front, like you're too cool for giddy romantic feelings and such. XD

Join me in fawning over our respective crushes, won't you? ^-^

LOL no no. I should not entertain it.
How has your crush going so far? You have swoon her? :)

Have I swooned for or over her, did you mean?

If so, have you not seen literally half of my posts in this community the last five or six months? ^_^ She's all I talk about.

A green beard? At first I thought you meant a rainbow. I had to read it again.

Green, then purple, then red, then orange, then blue, then back to green before initiating highlights, ending with a Zapp lolly effect.

It's just my way of cutting lose. I've done the long winded novel, now I'm experimenting with Dr' Seuss style short stories. I suppose I'm entering into my own Sgt.Pepper phase or my 'Summer of Love'.

This won't be for some time yet. I've got to endure the boring intellectual phase a little longer. First rule in business is to establish your targeted demographic. Image is 9 on a scale of 10.

Anyway, enough of that. I've already said too much.

I don't believe I've seen that before. But you have the chutzpah to pull it off.

That's understandable. I like certain forms of Japanese fashion. But they're unsuitable for everyday wear or too juvenile. But I don't have to buy off the rack. The lolita look is based on the Rococo period. It can be modernized. I'd treat it like vintage wear and create a signature look.

I like a well defined silhouette with a closer cut around the bodice and waist. Like this. You can mimic that cut in other items and dress it up or a make it casual.

What demographic are you targeting? Hipsters?

It's ALL about the 'chutzpah' - you can pull off anything in the world that you want if you own it and believe in yourself. It it feels right, do it. Regardless of the occasion. If you feel that you are your greatest version walking around in a Barney the Dinosaur costume, so be it.

Demographic wise, Hipster/college age predominately. Then I want to get a bit more child friendly, and make a contribution there. But ultimately, you really never know. It's a big world out there with a wide range of diversity, so it's often futile targeting a demographic because no two people will ever see you in the same way. And that is to be appreciated, if not embraced.

Best thing anyone can do is evolve freely and act naturally. I like colour, it's why I paint. Makes sense to colour myself in different colours.

I hope this is a confession.
I also hope there will be pictures.

Well, somewhere around here there's a picture of me dressed as a Womble. I posted it many years ago though, so it's probably in a black hole now.

My Barney will be yellow though, because I need to consider the colourblind.

Colourblind Lives Matter.

On the fashion end it's a little different. The 'C' changes everything. When you're a Christian expectations follow. Some see it as inclusive (plus-size fashion) and others as unique to the demographic (modest clothing). Neither appeal.

My goal is to assist women to look their best. That's the macro. They can apply the tools to clothing, makeup and accessories to obtain a positive end. The micro is specialized. That's the one I'm designing for. It can't be influenced by outside pressures. I know the look I want.

Then there's me. What I find appealing for myself wouldn't be appropriate for most. Save those willing to go all out. Creative license applies to some degree for all designers. But Christians look for people they can relate to. They have an idea of how Christian women should look. Neat, not too revealing, and a little matronly.

I'm not into frumpy or looking like a grandmother. I like heels and feminine clothing that hits the knee. You can be ladylike and stylish. Someone missed that memo. :p

If you want to make money you choose an avatar and pursue the demographic with your content. If you're sharing a look with no further intentions you have more latitude.

The difference between you and me is that YOU have sound fashion sense, whereas I have NONE. I'm all about the vibes maaan and feeling good over looking good. If you have fashion sense it's best to use it, you don't need to end up like me.

Money is an odd one for me. I don't think I've ever been motivated by it; my desired currency is inexplicable if I'm honest. Unity, but more if you know what I mean?
