Hello there, I recently have a bad addiction and habit one of those habits is not being able to stop blinking and that is hurting my eyes. my bad addiction is watching inappropriate content.
Please pray for my habit to go away and so i stop watching inappropriate content. I have been battling to stop watching inappropriate content for a while now. I was able to stop but then started again

Often times the real problem with inappropriate content is the people fight it in their own strength. i found that when i battled personal sin i was unable to beat it on my own and needed Jesus big time to help me.
It took me years to love Jesus enough to leave my sin behind but it was worth it. This was why i couldn't beat sin because i didn't love Jesus enough. Eating grace for years on end taught me to love Him more than my own desires and needs and leave my sin behind in favour of serving/loving Christ.
So brother eat grace when you have sinned and the wicked accuse you with your sins! The more grace you eat the more love for Jesus will grow. When you love Jesus more than inappropriate content then you will easily break with this terrible habit and grow completely free from your addiction.
So remember eat grace and keep on eating grace, and learn to fight wilful sin by loving Jesus instead of fighting the sin in your own ability, and you will see it will make enormous difference winning the battle.
So when you are in the mood for inappropriate content then you have to go to Jesus and confess your unholy desires. If you the one that loves inappropriate content learn to love Jesus more then inappropriate content you will be saved from your sin, not before only after you confess your sins to Jesus and start a personal relationship with Him a inappropriate content lover.
You have to die being a inappropriate content lover and become a Jesus lover in that self instead. This may take time, it all depends how bad you feel about your sin the sinner. If guilt drives you to Christ - all good - but if it makes you feel guilty and accused, then it is satan who is grilling you and you have to go back to Jesus and accept forgiveness and grace.
Never stop battling to enter God's love.
