He (the pastor) walks recognizing demons from the people around and they behave like a demon caught. But I need your opinion, I don't believe in my own perception...
concerning the video, I feel it would perfectly act, but I feel too that this is the way to recognize and cast out a demon, no matter the appearance of a joke. This stuff really happens. But, it may not be God's will. Satan today will control situations by setting up people for deception, and will recruit counterfeit Christian leaders to cast out demons in order to draw Christians away from sound teaching into false teachings. Jesus warned of such false teachers. Jesus said that there will be MANY ... not a few false teachers like this!
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of
heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On
that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your
name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty
works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew
you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’ Mat 7:21-23
Believe it or not, these men were never saved! For, Jesus said that he will tell them that He NEVER knew them. Never born again!
That is why learning sound doctrine is essential to avoid deceptions as they come. For many men will come as being Christians doing works and even casting out demons. They can be of the devil. We will know them by their fruit = false doctrinal teachings.
grace and peace....
I am not sure what you are saying... I was not saying it was a joke.concerning the video, I feel it would perfectly act, but I feel too that this is the way to recognize and cast out a demon, no matter the appearance of a joke.
I am not sure what you are saying... I was not saying it was a joke.
Just the same. It was not faked. Satan can have demons agreeing to leave a body on command to make a false teacher look legitimate to unsuspecting Christians. That way, the false teacher can indoctrinate believers into teachings that will disrupt the body of Christ.
Ultimately is must be their doctrine. Otherwise...By sight? What do you have? You raise an interesting point that might be better on another thread - the quote "by their fruit ye shall know them" - You insist this is purely doctrine.
This does not sit well with me - doctrine without love to me is indeed diabolical.
Ultimately is must be their doctrine. Otherwise...By sight? What do you have?
Their doctrine reveals by what "spirit" they operate.
Doctrine without love? That involves doctrine. Does it not?
It all comes down to doctrine.
Interesting...
When I look at how He will judge, it is all about what we did, not what we thought !!!
Our thinking is a work! How we choose to think.
"For as he thinks in his heart, so he is." Prov 23:7
Was it Satan actions that got him into trouble? No!
It was because of what Satan thought!
For you have said in your heart: (he only thought it!)
‘I will ascend into heaven,
I will exalt my throne above the stars of God;
I will also sit on the mount of the congregation
On the farthest sides of the north.
I will ascend above the tops of the clouds;
I will make myself like the Most High.” Isa 14:13 -14
What we do is only because of what we think!
God sees our thoughts as being actions being done!
“You have heard that it was said to those of old,If it were only by our actions? Then the outwardly perfect Pharisees who had Jesus nailed to the Cross would be in Heaven now.
‘You shall not commit adultery.’ But I say to you
that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has
already committed adultery with her in his heart." Mat 5:27-28
Its how you think that God sees. Sees, and knows if one's good works are done for vain glory and for the approbation of gullible people.
Next....
Yes of course but in Matt 24 the Judgement is all about acting in Love.
Yes of course but in Matt 24 the Judgement is all about acting in Love.
I stand by my statement that Truth without Love can be diabolical.
Show your love then. Give actual chapter and verses, please? Its not loving to be broad and general, leaving the other guessing to what may turn out to be only what you think you see.
And, human good intentions with a wishing well for others can be equally diabolical, when what is being presented seems superficially to be true, but is not, when it stands under scrutiny of the full council of the Scriptures.
All I am saying is from Matt 24 love will grow cold and He will judge the Loveless.
Having the best doctrine will not cut it at judgement.
Then, the context means that these people will lose their love because of the pressures that come their way. Read Chapter 24 again. You have already quoted Matt 24 which supports my position.
