Scared for corona after a party

In my country the rules are not strict. So we can go to a birthday party of a few people (6 adults and 4 kids in my case). I thoughy the party would be outside in the garden because of the nice weather. But because it was too hot it was at home with the airconditioning and fan on. The living room was small, there was a bit of 1,5 meter distance, but kids were sreaming and walking the whole time near us.

I have ocd and am scared easily (anxiety, phobia) And during corona I wash my hands a lot and am more scared than most people. My husband said it would probably be in the garden en not indoors so it would be fine to go. So I was shocked to see that it was indoors in their tiny livingroom but was too scared to say something about it to the host. So we sat there for almost 2 hours.

Now at home I’m scared for the virus. I can’t help it. I have a mental illness. My husband is not scared. I don’t know what to do and I feel lonely. I’m scared for this 2 weeks that I have to wait.

Lord Jesus Christ,
I may have said and done that is not right in your sight. Forgive me and cleanse me from all unrighteousness. Amen

Beloved Jesus,
We proclaim Your promise over our life
and believe that we have received it.
That we do not be afraid of sudden terror or of the ruin of the wicked, when it comes,
for the LORD will be our confidence and will keep our foot from being caught by plague of calamity of Coronavirus.
Amen

Lord Jesus,
I submit myself to God. I resist all fear and anxiety in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen

Pray the first and second prayer once everyday.
When disturbing thoughts and feelings come over you, pray the third prayer again and again until all fear and anxiety disappear.

You will know that the Lord rescue you out of all fear.

Take the antibodies test. Almost everyone has already been exposed to the virus.
