Eternity in Heaven...

So I've been thinking about this for a while (going to Heaven) .. and I was wondering what you guys take on this is...

What do you guys think we will be doing for eternity?
For me, I think about all the cars and racetracks I can play on... I also think there will be spaceships for travel among the universe. There will be mansions with all the kinds of favorite kinds of food you will eat. There will be computers.

What gets me is this :
Virtual Reality. We have it now.

I can't wait to see what that's going to be like...especially when we know the Spirit is much better. I personally experience God's presence... I see mental imagery, and a portion that imagery is visible with my own eyesight.

So anyway, I was just wondering what you guys think we will be doing in Heaven.
The bible speaks of a feast.. (as far as I can recall) so I think when we get to Heaven there will be a huge feast.

I suppose we will worship God/The Lord/the Holy Spirit is that's what we will do. I am not too familiar on what it means to worship. I just experience a close connection to God. Maybe when I start going back to church I will learn what it's like to worship God.

So yea.. what do you guys think Heaven will be like, and what do you all think we will be doing for eternity- like activities. I want to travel the stars with my best friend and eat pizza on board a really cool spaceship.

Just putting it out there. I can't wait to experience joy in Heaven.

We'll be eating crawfish, gumbo, boudin, Jambalaya, Popcorn, Mcdonalds with a little Christ thrown in to spice it up

What kind of activities do you think we'll be doing forever?
I can't wait to play Mario Brothers : Galaxy...

I can't wait to see what videos games will be like, especially with the Holy Spirit's help. I believe he will give us a LOT of joy. We can experience this joy while doing whatever we want.

its basically talking about how awesome it will be to experience things even greater than you can imagine.

Yes, God's love surpasses all understanding. Nothing can separate God's children from his love. He chose us because he loved us and for his glory.

Heaven really is amazing. You will feel and experience things that will blow your mind. I guess that's why I'm not looking forward to heaven much. I want to be with my family.

You probably won't need spaceships to explore stuff (unless you really want one), you will probably be able to teleport yourself to wherever you want just like Jesus was able to appear in a room etc.
You will be able to have a picnic on Venus* or just float in space admiring the view, all without space suits etc as your body will not die.

*or anywhere else in the universe/s.

I can't wait to see what videos games will be like, especially with the Holy Spirit's help. I believe he will give us a LOT of joy. We can experience this joy while doing whatever we want.
There will be more than enough time to program some very impressive games if people are so inclined, won't need the Holy Spirits help either.

My guess is that new arrivals in heaven are immediately shuttled off to quarantine in to a sort of Bible camp where they will be indoctrinated with the 100% correct interpretation so there will be no debating with the general population when they get out.

Also, in Bible camp, they'll be schooled in etiquette because people just in from the world can't expect they'll fit right into heaven's peaceful society upon arrival. I'd imagine that those of us who make it to heaven will need some pretty large adjustments made to our manners; most of all, how to keep a civil tongue in our heads.

"Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt." (Col 4:6)

Grace can be defined as kind, courteous, gentle, patient, lenient, inclined to good will, generous, charitable, altruistic, compassionate, sympathetic, thoughtful, cordial, affable, genial, sociable, cheerful, warm, sensitive, hospitable, considerate, and tactful.

It seems to me from the language and grammar of Matt 5:13, Mark 9:50, and Luke 14:34 that the primary purpose of salt is to enhance flavor and make otherwise naturally insipid and/or bad-tasting things palatable, viz: salt can be thought of as diplomacy; roughly defined as conversation that makes an effort to maintain peace rather than provoke conflict and/or annoy people and make them uncomfortable.

You may not be too far off, i think its possible that the quarantine camp (a very nice and large place) is where we are limited too until we get our resurrected spiritual bodies. Then we will be able to access all of heaven.
