That in hind sight out response to this pandemic will look even worse and those who come after us will scratch their heads over stupidity such as this wondering how people could have been this carless or selfish.

I doubt it I am in GA and I am not aware of any such programs. Other than people who are told they have it that have the decent sense to let people they have recently been in contact with know.

I noticed that so far today FL has over 11k new cases. I do not know if they have these.
If I remember colleges parties, the 'touching' is the end game. Any kind of 'story' that guys can come up with is fair game in order to reach that end game. Guys chase girls, especially at parties. That is not going to change no matter what the media tells them to scare them.
Yes, we absolutely need more laws and regulations. When we get enough we might reach utopia.
When people can't be responsible enough to "self regulate" then they obviously need someone else to do it for them.
