This weekend we’re going to have our first in-person worship service in about 3 months, with many restrictions in place. Just as plans have finally come together, Covid cases are rapidly rising again. It sounds like this round might be worse than it was in March and April.
Has anyone read or heard what the LCMS plans are if it does get really bad again? Close for a second time? Or is it up to each individual church?

What message are you getting on your church's ' Wats app' or what email messages are you getting from your minister, or what is on your churches web page.

After all who should have also heard what you have heard and should also have heard from those ' higher up ' in your church organisation.

These are a better source of information.

If your church does not have any of there or a text message service ask why not, when are they being set up and if no date given think about moving to a church that will communicate effectively.

They’ve been very open with us throughout this whole thing. They communicate on their website as well as email. They just haven’t addressed my particular question about it sounding like the infection rates are rising again.
