View attachment 278004 (it's not as linear as this appears. You can support cops and rioters both. I think this is the same error as racism, a dichotomy. You can only support BLM or COPS, you can't support both. That is where you get in trouble guys. Really think about why they are protesting. Can a cop just shoot whoever he wants or should there be accountability? It's a rage against the system, big brother. A cop is just a sign of the larger government hindering rights, to the rioter. So the point is this.....focus on the bad AND the good. I have posted repeatedly all year long about how cops are diving in frozen lakes to save deer, or playing basketball with a young boy who was passing the ball to himself without anyone to play. There are lots of positive video's out there on the good people too. So again don't be so bipartisan on this matter. Similarly (but on another topic) It's easy to get all bowed up when your president says all illegals are criminals. And that keeping out illegals will reduce crime. The point is that the illegals don't have employment and have to resort to illegal activities to feed their family. Provide work for them. They are going to immigrate whether you build a wall or make it illegal or whatever, they will find a way to come. And why should we hinder that? I mean if you were poor and mexican, and you could get a better life by making a dangerous journey where you could be trafficked or kidnapped, but you do it to provide for your family....if that is okay to do, why is immigration wrong? Remember when pilgrims immigrated to america, it was the indians that were gracious and allowed them to stay. Eventually the pilgrims grew in number and the indians thought of it as a threat. And wars started. But what I am saying is immigration will happen. Just as it was natural that pilgrims immigrated to america, mexicans will immigrate in time. America will have immigration from canada and from china as well. That is just part of having a successful country. Can we afford it? Not really. But I personally believe if we are gracious and don't make the same mistake as before, and war over it. Just accept that immigration happens. Should we limit it? Perhaps, but I don't think building a wall to keep poor people out is what JEsus would do. I just don't see it. So it was all these thoughts and more that made me realize that I am not really a far right republican. I am a moderate. But it also made me realize that I was sort of racist towards immigrants, and I sort of think Trump's rhetoric regarding immigrants is hateful and racist. If I didn't have those exact same thoughts just two years ago, I wouldn't notice it. But I saw it in myself when I had a vision and God told me that immigration was good. I didn't know why he said that. Until later, as He opened my heart to accept other races. Believe me if I could take in all the immigrants and feed them I would, I would pile them in my back yard, on cots, or whatever. I have a genuine love for them, and when you love them how could you refuse to help them. Not wanting to help them is just indicative you don't love them, and it is that same hatred that fuels racism. I don't think they should get welfare, I think they need to work for food like everyone, they will have more fulfillment in life with that anyway.
(this is sort of like the other thread on racism, but not really about the current events of the riots, so I made another thread).
