Don't think you are up on the Biden probe.

US Senate committee revives impeachment fight with Biden subpoena

Committee votes to subpoena firm that consulted with Burisma, a Ukrainian gas company that employed Hunter Biden.

It looks like it's going to be one more problem for Trump:

Trump cried foul about Hunter Biden, but what about his own children?
And yet, it is difficult to comprehend how Hunter Biden's activity is different from the ways in which Trump's own children are enriching themselves, with the one big exception: Trump's daughter and son-in-law are simultaneously acting in a governmental capacity.

For example, remember that last year Ivanka Trump's company received numerous trademark approvals in China, in the midst of trade negotiations between her father's administration and the Chinese government. Shortly after the approval of an earlier round of trademark applications, the Trump administration decided to change its policy regarding major Chinese telecommunications company ZTE.
...
There is also the curious case of Jared Kushner, the son-in-law of the President and the husband of Ivanka Trump, and his meetings with the heads of various financial institutions while performing his duties as a senior White House adviser. In dire need of financial assistance, Kushner's family company received hundreds of millions of dollars in loans from two banks following meetings between Kushner and top officials with those entities. Kushner's dealings during the presidential transition and afterward with executives from a Chinese insurance company and a major Qatari investor also raised questions about potential improper use of his position for personal gain.
Trump cried foul about Hunter Biden, but what about his own children? - CNN

It would be a crime if someone got a something of value from a foreign nation while they were in a government capacity. And the House can easily put it up front until November, if they choose to do so.

But Trump is desperate; unless he does something soon, he's sure to lose the election. So here we go.

Senate panel approves subpoena in Hunter Biden probe

WASHINGTON -- A Senate committee has voted to issue a subpoena as part of its investigation into former Vice President Joe Biden’s son, a move that met immediate opposition from Democrats who said the panel should be focused on overseeing the federal response to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee on Wednesday voted 8-6 to subpoena Blue Star Strategies, a lobbying firm that was a consultant to Burisma, a gas company in Ukraine that paid Hunter Biden to serve as a board member.

Instead of facing off with Biden, they're nibbling around, hoping something turns up.

Turn Biden around
he's facing the wrong way
confused in basement.

Facts already exposed
recommend -- change channels.

It's always fun to read republican talking points.

"Biden is so dumb and he's so fiendishly clever, he can pull off all these conspiracies without any evidence showing at all."

Consistency was never a right-wing virtue.

This is an orchestrated act of desperation given that the polls show that this President continues to add to his "self-inflicted" wounds - Trump supporters are frustrated that by remaining in his basement, Biden remains less of a target as they attempt to shift the narrative!

What other President has received political advise against his participation in free, daily, 1 to 2 hour, unscripted, nationally-televised briefings from the White House during prime time, in an election year, because his performance was considered so toxic as to be detrimental to his re-election chances?

Trump and his followers are mostly exasperated that Biden can run a winning campaign out of his basement, while Trump is like a beached whale when he can't hold his rallies.

It probably seems like the rules are tilted against grifters.
