Just for fun--and because trump is the one person who is invariably named when someone is asked to substantiate the claim that all sorts of people were saying "Obama is not an American"--I'd love to have the names of others.

Some members of Congress, for example. Governors? Who?

By contrast, if someone asked who might have called Trump a "racist" or worse, it wouldn't take any effort at all to come up with a list of prominent elected officials and similar people who have said that.
