I disagree.
I believe he wants us to praise and worship him always, Psalms 19:1-3, Psalms 71:8, Psalms 34:1, Psalms 96:2, 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18.
Indeed, and the Church has sanctified every day by establishing the liturgical calendar.

Then why does it need to be fixed so that it doesn't waiver?
C'mon!
Read the rest of the passage From Jeremiah 10:3-9 maybe you can figure out what the passage is talking about but I doubt it.

It amazes me how some will dig in their heels to cling to their pagan holly days; yet reject YHWH's Moedim, that he said to keep forever; because they say YHWH's law died on the cross with his son.

How many of those Moedim are commanded for Israel alone and how many are commanded for gentiles?
You are free to become a circumcised Jew and follow all the commandments in the OT. Isaiah 56:6
But unless a commandment is addressed to gentiles they are not required to observe them.
For example, the Sabbath was given exclusively to the children of Israel.

Exodus 31:16 Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.
Leviticus 24:8 Every sabbath he shall set it in order before the LORD continually, being taken from the children of Israel by an everlasting covenant.

All of them are for all. Israel is obedient to YHWH. Pagans are not.

Again, where is the prohibition? How far do you extend this principle of doing nothing the Apostles didn't do? Do you live in a community where you share all things in common and if not don't you go against what the Apostles did?

I see nowhere in scripture where the Church isn't free to decide upon it's liturgical year. I would also point out that the Christian Pascha is derived from the Jewish one, albeit we put the focus on Jesus Christ rather than the Exodus.

I would also point out, the celebration of the birth of Christ is not a mere birthday. It is a celebration of our salvation being born into the world and a time for reflection on such. If we go by this standard it would be improper to have sunday dedicated to the entrance of the Lord into Jerusalem. Or a Sunday of the Prodigal son.

Can you point me to a scripture that says it is sinful to worship on Christmas? Or to consider the incarnation on that day?
Here
Colossians 2:
8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

2 Thess 2:
15Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.

Do not follow the traditions of men, if you want more verses for this point read the ones I posted in my original post on this thread.

If you read brother it said they chose to do it, it was not by command but rather I decision of conscience and mutual love and faith in Christ. Though if I knew enough believers who would like to do that exact thing I would do it in heartbeat, until then that is not an option for me. But again it is simply an option not a command.

Was it kept and taught by the Apostles and Christ? If not we do not keep it. Again the question is can you show the command for this tradition to be kept?

It is not a birthday, it is a birthday aniversary. Which has only ever been a custom of Pagans as shown in Scripture(Genesis 40:20-22; Matt 14:6). If Christ is not born again each year into this world then it is the custom of Birthday anniversaries that you are proposing and not a birthday celebration(on the actual day of birth). Now if you would like to Glory in the fact that God was born into this world do it everyday and not limit the Glory of God's birth to a single day of the year. A day which is not written, and is not known to begin with, a day which whose anniversary is not commanded to be kept. Show that he was born and died everyday and give glory to those facts always, stop limiting the Lord's work.

Only one specific custom/tradition is commanded to be kept in remembrance of Christ and that is the Lord's supper(1 Cor 11). Otherwise give glory and praise to the Lord in preaching, teaching, and proclaiming all that he did every day of the year without limitation as that is what the Apostles did and taught.

Brother they preached fully the doctrine and traditions that we are to kept, they made all things that are to be done fully known to us. And as I am sure you know the celebration of Christmas is not even spoken of as something to be kept by them. That it was not spoken of by them, and that it exists today means only that it came not from God but from men and from the world.

If you can show in God's word where it says to keep these customs then there is a cause to keep them, if you cannot then there exists no basis to keep them.

If an idol has normal feet and a large upper body it will probably be unstable and easily topple over.
Think a little before you post.

The Church celebrates every aspect of the Lord's incarnation throughout the year. We celebrate when He was conceived in the womb of the Virgin Mary, we celebrate His birth, we celebrate His presentation as an infant at the Temple, we celebrate His being revealed to the world at His baptism by John the forerunner, we celebrate His transfiguration on Mt Tabor, we celebrate His triumphant entry into Jerusalem, we mourn His betrayal by Judas, His trial and crucifixion, and then we celebrate His glorious resurrection and ascension into heaven, followed by His sending of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost.

If all we did was celebrate His birth, you might have a point. Since we don't, you don't.

Traditions of men lead so many people astray. The Messiah constantly rebuked the Pharisees for their traditions that caused people to disobey the word of God.

Christianity is no different.

churches have people celebrating pagan holy days, buying pagan idols and taking part of pagan practices, yet when it comes to celebrating and doing God’s holy days...

Where does scripture prohibit celebrating the birth of Christ? Please give me a scripture verse.

Where does scripture give you liberty to worship how you want? Where does scripture say how to organise how your community worships? Where does scripture address a multitude of things that you find permissable but scripture itself doesn't endorse?

The problem with your argument is that you are reducing these feasts to something they are not. Christmas is not Christ's birthday because it is so much more, like all the events Podromos described.

The reason we have liturgical days is so that in our individual lives we don't forget about every aspect of the Gospel. We are constantly reminded of those parts of scripture we might otherwise ignore or not engage in. That's the basic point of the liturgical year. Where is it forbidden to have this?

Are you actually willing to talk about the origins of these feasts days or will you simply continue to insist that they are Pagan? Why not reason with us? Instead of simply accusing us and ignoring whatever it is we say?

They have been established by the Church, which the Apostle Paul describes as " the pillar and ground of truth".

How? Give us one argument from the video.

It's not an argument. It's Pat Robertson coming out and declaring that just about everything about Christmas is Pagan.

Are you guys on dialup or something? It's four minutes. Just watch it.
