How does this reconcile with the Scripture, "Not that anyone has seen the Father, except the One who is from God; He has seen the Father" (John 6:46).
and:
"No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is Himself God and is at the Father's side, has made Him known" (John 1:18).

No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him. John 1:18

This phrase is a figure of speech that simply means no one has fully understood or known God except Jesus and that's because Jesus is God's son.

Clarke:

It is likely that the word seen, here, is put for known, as in Joh_3:32; 1Jo_3:2, 1Jo_3:6, and 3Jo_1:11; and this sense the latter clause of the verse seems to require: - No man, how highly soever favored, hath fully known God, at any time, in any nation or age; the only begotten Son

Michelangelo made a bit of an attempt, but I think he didn't get it quite right. :)

The basic meaning of the Greek word ἑώρακεν in the verse, means "to see with the eyes". There are 58 occurrences of this word in the New Testament and most of them have to do with seeing and observing.

The basic meaning of the Greek word ἑώρακεν in the verse, means "to see with the eyes".

It can also mean knowing or understanding as well as to attend to and to appear:

G3708
ὁράω
horaō
hor-ah'-o
Properly to stare at (compare G3700), that is, (by implication) to discern clearly (physically or mentally); by extension to attend to; by Hebraism to experience; passively to appear: - behold, perceive, see, take heed.
Total KJV occurrences: 58

In the verse in question it does not have anything to do with visual sight. I agree with Clarke's view on this. Many people have visually seen the Father but no one but Christ fully understands Him.

I concur with that. I thought I'd push my luck. :)

Does God The Father look identical to Jesus (Yeshu’a) Christ? Do they look like identical twins ?
No the Son is fully God and fully man. The Father is spirit.

The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. Heb 1:3a
