I will talk about that at TAW, but I wanted to know what came to your mind when you hear that idea.

Interesting, thanks for sharing.Any offence against God's love is sin and any sin is an offence against God's love.
That makes sense. Why put up a fence against God’s love? Just kidding lol. How about repeating willful sins without repentance?
TrueHello @Not David, David here Like others above have already said, sin, whether in thought, in speech and/or in deed, is always an affront to God, who both lived and died as a man to save us from our sins.
That said, continually/knowingly/willfully rejecting Jesus as one's Lord and Savior is particularly offensive to God, and certainly brings with it the most dire of consequences. This was the very sin (the continual/willful rejection of Jesus as their Lord and Savior) of those 1st Century Jewish ~almost~ Christians who the author of Hebrews tells us about here .. Hebrews 10:26-31. For them, there no longer remained a sacrifice for their sins, only a terrifying expectation of judgment, because there was/is no other sacrifice for their sins (or ours) .. cf Acts 4:12.

An act that may be contrary to doing what you should do for someone who loves you. Or to offend His love somehow :SI will talk about that at TAW, but I wanted to know what came to your mind when you hear that idea.
So not showing love to others would be a way to offending God?God won't even forgive our sins unless we forgive others according to Matt 6:15. We're expected to follow Him in practicing love, mercy, compassion.
Any examples? An act that may be contrary to doing what you should do for someone who loves you. Or to offend His love somehow :S
Yes, not loving others as a Christian (IOW, in the sense that God Himself would love them) is sinful, and is therefore an affront to God (as all sin is). For instance:So not showing love to others would be a way to offending God?
