hmmm that's par for the course I suppose. The direction the anti-god establishment would like to take this country in is painfully obvious.

Deep State=societal atmosphere wherein Christians are considered a torment to the rest of the populace.

The past few years have taught me that the proper reaction to critics of odious things like this is: "LOL! Triggered!" or something to that effect.

The funny thing about beheading those with money and redistributing it to the poor is eventually, after killing all the rich and taking their possessions, you eventually end up being the next social class that is beheaded.

Nothing says tolerance and equality more than beheading your political opposition.
A 2nd amendment solution is the preferred idea these days, from what I've heard from a previous national candidate.

Yikes. First, Bernie's staff members predict concentration camps for their political opponents if Sanders wins...and now this. You'd think such things would be kept under wraps until he's actually in office.

obvious biases here considering that trump has encouraged people at his rallies to rough up reporters and protesters and that he would pay their legal fees and also considering all the gun related threats the right keeps making.
you know what they say about glass houses and throwing feces. it's really easy to see how messy you are.

To be fair, one of the (mutually contradictory) excuses for that behavior was that it was a joke and people need to learn to have a sense of humor.

Weird that none of those excuses were made for this particular case by the same sources, of course.

"We felt the guillotine was a discussion-provoking symbol, and a reminder that if we don’t work to change the emphasis on wealth in our political process now, the fight only gets worse."

Given the average knowledge or interest of US citizen for the French revolution and it`s underlying socioeconomic reasons I doubt this will provoke that many people to do or comment anything.

Sure it is in poor taste, but to even realize that you would need a modicum of knowledge of French history. Well at least there are few Hollywood movies that touch the subject.

I'm never persuaded by arguments which turn on absurdly uneven comparisons. I've heard people say that if a person jaywalks it's no different from another person who commits murder--they're both crimes, after all. Talk about "obvious biases." Such is the nature of the grossly slanted claim I am responding to here.

You have referred to several cases of a paid demonstrator being ejected from someone else's political rally.

But on the other side of the political spectrum (but conveniently ignored by you), a truly totalitarian mentality is in evidence--death threats, hundreds of instances of physical attacks upon people merely thought to be Trump voters, slanders directed at the president's minor child, the ugliest name-calling that far surpasses anything that Trump himself has ever uttered in response to his detractors, vicious harassment urged upon the families of administration employees wherever they can be found--at dinner in a public restaurant, for example, soliciting organized gangs of street fighters, planning disruptions of civic and patriotic events, property damage, etc. etc.

This seems a bit unbalanced. For example, it doesn't even mention candidate Donald's calls for assassination of judges if his opponent won.

That's a pretty lame explanation no matter how long we look at it.

not really kid.
what's good for the goose and all that.
perhaps you shouldn't take things so personal.
Did the Trump campaign put out any shirts or other apparel that had a symbol of killing all domestic political opposition? If not, it's whataboutism.

Donald Trump wasn't calling for the assassination of anyone. That's silly and a misunderstanding of very basic English language.

He said if Hilary Clinton got Into office she would be the one appointing judges and the first legal attack after a progressive court stack would be upon people's second amendment rights.

Then he said and there's nothing you could do about it either (meaning, no legal recourse in a progressive court stack - which is true)

Then he checked himself and said, and I quote: "Although the second amendment people, maybe there is, I don’t know. But I’ll tell you what, that will be a horrible day.”

And it will be a horrible day. He's talking about the ensuing civil war that would result from a removal of second amendment rights from people in this country. It wasn't a threat, it's simply knowing how it will turn out.

And if you don't know how it would turn out, and likewise think it would be a horrible day, then perhaps you should educate yourself a little more.

But it wasn't at all a threat.
