My favorite overall is Sta. Cruz Island in the southern Philippines with its pink sand beach and crystal clear water. There are also mangrove forests on the island with a wide variety of wildlife to be found from sting-less jellyfish below the water to bats the size of small children with five foot wingspans hanging in some of the trees.

In the United States I like the mountain trails found in Patrick County Virginia, especially those that run along Pinnacles of Dan and the Dan River Gorge.

Actually the pink color comes from the tiny pieces of red coral that is mixed in with the sand. I probably should have said pink beach instead of pink sand since the sand its self isn't pink.

Oh, I've been there, it's a great place for sure. One of the best of whole Asia. I usually user this online ordering ticket service ( website: https://аirbusinessclass.com/popular-destinations ), cause it can show me the most popular destinations which people choose for their journeys. And it helps sometimes, to find more and more interesting places.

Mountains. Skyline Drive is pure bliss. I haven't been there in years, I need to go back.

Lakes. I had the fortune of visiting the Rangeley Lake region of Maine several times growing up. I fell passionately in love with it. I wonder if I'll ever see it again.

Streams/rivers/waterfalls. I love water. It calls to me on a primal level. I learned to swim very young and I have trouble understanding how people enjoy being in boats on water, instead of in the water. I love lush forests, mossy rocks, and the magical feel of the woods after a rain shower.

I live in Florida. My favorite outdoor destination is Bok Tower Gardens in Lake Wales, Florida -- about 35 miles south of Disney World. It has a world famous "205-foot neo-Gothic and art deco Singing Tower carillon." It is beautiful sitting on top of a little "mountain" in the middle of miles of the flat Florida landscape. "The Tower houses one of the world’s finest carillons. [Live] Concerts from the 60-bell carillon at 1 and 3 p.m. fill the Gardens daily."

I will visit there tomorrow on a little day trip.

The top of Half Dome.
Giant Forest anywhere at least a mile from The General Sherman Tree. Or even at The General Sherman Tree when the snow is a few feet deep and teh people are gone.
The Road leading to Milford Sound, especially when it is raining. (more waterfalls than you can count).
The rain Forest at far North end of North Island in New Zealand. There is something about passing a Maori out hunting pig who is walking barefoot.
Valley of Fire State Park in Nevada. The only park of its kind that I have been to where they (at least used to) encourage you to go off trail.
