One of the best rebuttals to FEN (flat earth nonsense).

Enjoy.

I can see how you all can fall for that. I'm sure you'll all enjoy him doing your erroneous thinking for you. As it doesn't actually represent flat earth accurately, saying it's one of the best rebuttals just about sums up the substance of a ball earth position.

But since that's the game we seem to be playing, here's a video where someone actually shows an experiment demonstrating how 'Professor' Dave completely failed point #4.

And here's one where he's given a more well-rounded beating.

And don't think it's lost on me that when a flat-earther posts a video, they get hammered for being 'stupid' for the effort, but when a ball-earther does it, they get applauded by the same group of people. Hypocrisy is as hypocrisy does, I suppose.

This has to be one of the most ironic things I have ever read.

I mean, if the earth were round then Mt. Rainier (14,410 ft) and Mt. Baker (10,788 ft) should totally look like they are shorter than Mt. St. Helens (8,364 ft), and that's crazy talk. I should know, I've only lived in Washington my entire life. And I can assure you that Mt. Baker and Mt. Rainier totally dwarf Mt. St. Helens, just like we'd expect on a flat earth.

See, Mt. St Helens (red line) is totally dwarfed by Mt. Rainier and Mt. Baker (Green and Blue).

Ergo, the earth is definitely flat. I mean, who are you going to believe, me or your own two lying eyes?

I am a physicist, mathematician and educator now retired and that video was truly outstanding. He told the simple truth in simple language. On numerous occasions I have tried to make the same points only to be stonewalled by the true believers of the cult. I will watch his other videos for sure. Thanks for this!

I don't applaud my dog if she poops on the carpet. And I apologize if it bothers you that we don't give the same seriousness to what amounts to watching a dog pooping on a carpet and leaving a huge mess to clean up.

The only flat earth that i believe exists is the one that is in my garden just before i dig a hole to bury my bone!

Parts of Saskatchewan are so flat that you can sit on your porch and watch your dog run away --- for three days. Two for corgis.

I rated this as funny, then undid the rating, so that I could rate it as funny again! Gold star!

I admit that it does get tiresome watching all of you celebrate your ignorance on this topic. You are all wrong, and you all enjoy it.

Question: if it were proven biblically and scientifically that a globe Earth was 100% true, would you believe it?
