The reason for this question. It kinda puzzled me that Adam and Eve that they didn't seem strange for a snake talking to them.

It wasn't a literal snake. It was just Satan and Satan looks like a human being as all angels do.

They were in Paradise, which is not exactly earth.
Or is this Paradise? Because there is a lot of complaining if it is.

It was on Earth. Eden doesn't exist now, because of the fall.
It was like earth. But it had different trees and God walked there beside Adam.
The streams ran, it never rained, snakes talked, trees produced food easily, and other stuff.

Eden was the Paradise where Adam and Eve could've to talk to God himself aka earlier version of Jesus Christ.

Eden still exists. Perhaps the garden in Eden no longer exists but Eden certainly still does.

I'm referring to what is written rather than what is not.
You might as well bring up Jesus brother, Gomer. He's not written about either.

Where do you think it was?
"the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him."

Not as paradise.

Eden is a large place. The garden in Eden was smaller.

Gen 2:8 And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.

Gen 3.1 says that the serpent was more cunning, subtle, crafty, or shrewd, etc, depending on your translation, than any other animal in the Garden. Therefore he had carefully plotted this out and would not have done anything that would have startled or planted doubt in Eve. That would have sent her back to Adam, and the game would have been over. Therefore it seems to follow that the serpent speaking to her was not out of the ordinary, and that she remained at ease with him, with her guard down.

Isaiah's picture of the peaceable kingdom has children playing with dangerous animals. The unity of the animal kingdom with man will be restored, and apparently it will go far beyond what we usually think of.

And Balaam didn't seem all that surprised when the donkey spoke to him. Only that wasn't paradise.

From what I’ve studied the word is nahash or something like that, also translates to “shining one”, like an angel of light.

27. And on that day on which Adam went forth from the garden, he offered as a sweet savour an offering, frankincense, galbanum, and stacte, and spices 2 in the morning with the rising of the sun from the day when he covered his shame. 28. And on that day was closed the mouth of all beasts, and of cattle, and of birds, and of whatever walketh, and of whatever moveth, so that they could no longer speak: 3 for they had all spoken one with another with one lip and with one tongue.

Book of Jubilees: The Book of Jubilees: Paradise and the Fall (iii. 1-35)

There is this account, but it's in the book of Jubilees rather than in our Bibles. I don't know what to make of the book of Jubilees myself. Not something I ever bothered doing much research on.

The word just means a serpent not a shining one.

H5175
נָחָשׁ
nâchâsh
naw-khawsh'
From H5172; a snake (from its hiss): - serpent.
Total KJV occurrences: 31

You might be thinking of the one Moses lifted up:

H8314
שָׂרָף
śârâph
saw-rawf'
From H8313; burning, that is, (figuratively) poisonous (serpent); specifically a saraph or symbolical creature (from their copper color): - fiery (serpent), seraph.
Total KJV occurrences: 7

Although this one doesn't mean "shining one". I think you might also be thinking of another word:

H1966
הֵילֵל
hêylêl
hay-lale'
From H1984 (in the sense of brightness); the morning star: - lucifer.
Total KJV occurrences: 1

Adam and Eve probably didn't even talk using mouth like we do right now since Adam named all animals in literally 1 day which to even spoke out names would take longer , probably were connected somehow and talking with telepathy , also way faster thinking more like of a computer speed than human speed right now.

Snake is probably a mistake btw should be translated "Shinning One" since Lucifer was covered in light seen like you would see as if you put light through precious stones and they would split the light everywhere ( colorful) .

Lucifer looked more likelly as dragon ( serpent but with wings-like ) or like other Cherubim which means he had multiple faces of different animals .

Wings were taken from him and he crawl on his belly so he is portrayed as snake but he wasnt snake when he was lying to Eve

It was the part of the earth where people are immortal and it has a tree of knowledge and a tree of life. God walks around in this place and it doesn't rain. Does this sound familiar? Africa? Texas?
