Look, we all sin. I realize you don’t have Orthodox sacraments at hand. The one thing you can do with any sin is repent.
The paradox is that we are supposed to see ourselves as the worst of sinners, but never to think ourselves beyond God’s mercy and forgiveness.
I can think of a lot of worse things.
Talk to a priest you have some trust for, privately (online, in your case) and don’t despair.

I took communion at my dad's Methodist Church because I gave up on his pressure.

I am a terrible catechumen and I should be punished for my weakness. :(
If you think that you were not ready to take communion, I see your point. If it is because you took communion at a different church, then it's really not a big deal.

If you did sin, then the answer is not punishment. Lord Jesus already took the punishment due to us for our sins. God forgives when we confess our sin, not when we feel that we've suffered enough. (1 John 1:9). Let's not diminish the wonderful salvation that Lord Jesus bought for us on calvary.

If that's terrible, then I'm the devil himself.

Wow.
This is the Orthodox forum.

no, just talk with your priest and then with your dad. I had that talk with my parents when I was a catechumen.

Wow.

Please tell me if I'm not allowed to say this and I'll delete what is in brackets.

Why is it a sin? (It's just in Acts there were few conditions placed upon gentile coverts and the greatest commandments are to love God and your neighbour. Paul also advises that we aren't to make others stumble. In doing what you did were you not loving your earthly father? So please could you help my understanding.) Thanks.

we believe that the Orthodox Christians is the Church in Acts. the Methodists are not the Church of Acts.

Yes, I've been advised of Orthodox practice now. It would help if people identified as Orthodox or Roman Catholic instead of just "Christian". Or do Orthodox people only accept Orthodox people as Christian?

New Threads don't indicate the forum until you click on the topic, so it isn't immediately apparent which forum you are in. I always have to search to see which forum I'm in, or figure it out from the responses.

It's not easy stuff with my parents. My dad printed me some directions to go to Church for Epiphany tomorrow and he even is going to help me by waking me up tomorrow but he asked me why I won't come back to commune with Evangelicals since God listened to my family's prayers for me to come back and probably what happened to me is God's warning. :(

At least I won't have those issues back in college
