I could see that. Barack's star has really fallen since 2017 while President Trump is expanding his own base more and more every day. It makes sense that Barack's decline and President Trump's rise would eventually put the two in parity with each other.

Given that Obama was the first non-white president in a country with a history of racism against non-whites, I'd say that he still does pretty dang good ...

Doesn't this mean 82% of the people polled liked someone else more then President Trump? 3 years into his administration?Both Trump and Obama received 18 percent, while 11 percent of participants chose someone they know and 25 percent did not pick anyone.
