Does anyone here still send Christmas cards?

I love looking at them and still send a few. I don't receive very many. But here's one I couldn't resist:

Cards Funny Snowmen.jpg

It's a Hallmark Card.

I almost never send funny ones. I like ones that have Bible verses, too. I might give that funny one to a grandson.

I just ordered these:

Lang Companies, Nativity Pop-Up Christmas Cards.

ROFL! :D

I love funny cards too. For believers I don't really mind what I send as they already know the Lord, but I feel that others are more accepting of Bible verses at this time of year, and it is a small way of bringing awareness of the gospel into their lives.

I don't know how it is in the States, but I feel that we have become so secular in the UK that sometimes just raising awareness of the fact that some of us believe in God is a starting point in witnessing and Christmas is a particularly good time to do that. :)

The US seems to be falling away from Jesus. It breaks my heart. I sent wonderful Christian cards to family members for years. The truth fell on deaf ears and blind eyes. Now so many have passed away. A lot of people reject God because He allows evil in the world. People my age who I knew, including relatives, when I was in my twenties passed away years ago of cancer.

My love for God doesn't fade. He helps me every day.

Yes, I still send Christmas cards to some relatives who are still alive, and the friend from my school days, and an old priest and his wife. Some have resorted to e-cards, not the same,

I know. All the older generation of my family have died and I don't know if many of them were saved. Now I try to tell those who are still alive: some are just rejecting and others think they're Christians because they have some sort of belief but I'm not sure if they really know the Lord.

I watched an online sermon (by Delbert Young of Lifegate Church, Lafayette) about the parable of the sower in which he encouraged us to keep sowing as the soil can be broken up, get deeper etc. That encouraged me. :) So my loved ones are going to receive nativity Christmas cards again this year.

I only receive 1 Christmas card from a relative. She's a Christian.

I used to make Christmas cards to send out. By"Make" I mean I would do all the artwork, have it printed, then numbered signed and sent out as works of art

Somewhere along the way I became too busy and ran out of ideas as well.

I will NOT send out the typical card with family pictures on it I would do an artsy card, but nothing cliche or common
