Please check this out; Pastor harassed, threatened, and let go from job over a tweet. A pretty innocuous, sensible, neutral tweet, too.

He didn't suggest hurting people, picketing or disrupting anything, violence, or active protest.

The savage irony is that when Islam takes over the UK, one of the groups with most to fear is the homosexual lobby. I can hear the swords being sharpened right now.

The sobering truth is that our persecution seems close at hand for this is only the beginning. i pray we stand firm in our resolve to call sin sin and good good.

This is just the beginning and anyone that thinks otherwise has their head in the sand.

However no matter what comes ( we have been warned in the Bible), God will give us the strength and courage to stand. IF we are obedient and follow Him and not the world.

We must be prepared and watch and pray.
God bless you Gracia for posting this.

Sure, for now. The birth rate of Muslims far exceeds the locals. Eventually, Muslims will outvote everyone - think Muslim mayor in London. It maybe 20 or more years away, but it is coming.

Saying that pride festivals are harmful to children does not seem neutral to me.

One anonymous call to child protective services and you can lose your children, and if you work with children, your job. The bullies know how to play the system and have no scruples, and the cultural and legal winds are at their backs.

This guy and others like him are real heroes. I pray he is protected and provided for. This has been going on for decades, and if we don't turn it around soon, things are going to get very ugly indeed.

Can this be double checked? >> at 23 seconds in the posted video, it says he was let go not because of the tweet, but because of the death threat....

'Good' catch - it is not neutral.
The pastor would not say it is neutral either. It was not meant to be neutral. It is important to realize the harm that comes from sin. Especially promotion of sin.

By neutral, I meant "not advocating for a ban on gay pride parades", and not advocating for any concrete legal steps. Just stating an opinion. Not, say, "we need to stop this dead in its tracks". Neither saying "let's participate actively".

Simply advocating for keeping children away from said events, and urging Christians to not support them. That's pretty neutral, in a proactive and legal (but not moral) sense.

I caught that, too. If that is true, which we must believe if we believe the rest is true, than I can understand why they didn't want him in the school any longer.
If this were the KKK instead of LGBT making death threats and considering all the mass shootings at schools, I wouldn't want my child on the same school campus as a target of death threats.

Yes, not without good safeguards in place sufficient to cover whatever might come up, as much as possible.
(For instance, a lot of groups of believers are under death threats, but they don't put anyone out because of that (though someone in particular might leave voluntarily if they are the target, like Paul and others did at times) ... ) ... continue always trusting our lives to the Father, same as Jesus did, always... and MOVE! fast/immediately IF HE SAYS MOVE! (like the angel taking LOT out by the hand ! ? ! )
