You inappropriately asked joshua 1 9 for proof of what he claimed as his own personal experience, which closely mirrors my own personal experience from 13 years of actually living in inner city Cleveland, Ohio and running a rescue mission there. But you did not offer the slightest evidence to back up your unrealistic claim about your alleged experience.
I'm sorry I wasn't clearer in what I was asking, I was looking for support for the "They tore the houses up faster then we could make them." part of his post. I explained that to him when it was obvious he had also misunderstood what I was asking. My apologies for the confusion. :sigh:

Biden simply accomplished the task that he was assigned. That's what he was bragging about.

Or ... do you think that a US Vice-President has the unilateral power to deny assistance to foreign nations ? The role of the US Vice President is to support the administration of the president. Could Biden have done otherwise ?
So, by telling the leaders that if the don't stop investigations into his son and his sons company... that he will withhold millions of dollars of money.... was not bribery? Not quid pro quo.... not blackmail?

Seriously?

No ... he didn't say what you say here.

He told the Ukrainian government that they couldn't get the assistance they were requesting ... before first firing their corrupt prosecutor.

This requirement was official US policy, and in concert with the rest of the US European community partners, who were making the same or similar demands of their own.

- And it was pure coincidence that this “corrupt” investigator was looking into alleged corruption of the Biden enterprise, but it was clear corruption for Trump to ask for an investigation of THAT? Yeah, we understand.

THIS is how we KNOW this whole “investigation” is nothing but a WITCH HUNT.

No witch hunt. Just like the Russian investigation, it began because of Trump's stupidity.

That prosecutor, Shokin, was not looking into anything regarding the Bidens at that time. He was supporting corrupt activity in Ukraine.

He had opened an investigation into the owner of Burisma in 2014, but had allowed that investigation to lapse.

The Ukrainians have already stated that there was no wrongdoing on the part of the Bidens ...

From Wiki ... Hunter Biden - Wikipedia

"Ukrainian prosecutor general Yuriy Lutsenko said in May 2019 that Hunter Biden had not violated Ukrainian law. After Lutsenko was replaced by Ruslan Ryaboshapka as prosecutor general, Lutsenko and Ryaboshapka said in September and October 2019 respectively that they had seen no evidence of wrongdoing by Hunter Biden."

From ... Hunter Biden 'did not violate anything,' former Ukrainian prosecutor says

A former Ukrainian prosecutor who investigated a gas company tied to Hunter Biden said Thursday that there was no evidence the former vice president's son engaged in illegal activity.

"From the perspective of Ukrainian legislation, he did not violate anything,” Yuriy Lutsenko told The Washington Post.

Lutsenko, who served as Ukraine's prosecutor general from May 2016 until last month, closed the investigation into the gas company Burisma and its oligarch owner in 2017, The New York Times has reported.

The meetings with Giuliani were referred to in a bombshell whistleblower complaint unsealed Thursday that alleged that Trump had pressured the Ukrainian president to investigate the Bidens.

In May, Lutsenko told Bloomberg News that his office had found no evidence of wrongdoing against Hunter Biden or his father, Joe Biden, who'd helped to oust Lutsenko's predecessor.

That prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, had been accused of failing to act in numerous corruption cases, including the investigation into Burisma. In addition to the United States government, the European Union and the International Monetary Fund have demanded that Shokin be replaced.

On Thursday, Lutsenko said he did not know of any Trump administration officials going to Ukraine to investigate the claims against the Bidens.

“No American groups came to Ukraine for an investigation,” he told the Post.

Lutsenko added that whatever wrongdoing there might have been at Burisma took place before Hunter Biden joined the company.

“Hunter Biden cannot be responsible for violations of the management of Burisma that took place two years before his arrival, Lutsenko told the Post.

Former Ukraine prosecutor says he saw no evidence of wrongdoing by Biden

KYIV, Ukraine —

Ukraine’s former top law enforcement official says he repeatedly rebuffed demands by President Trump’s personal lawyer to investigate Joe Biden and his son, insisting he had seen no evidence of wrongdoing that he could pursue.

In an interview, Yuri Lutsenko said while he was Ukraine’s prosecutor general he told Rudolph W. Giuliani that he would be happy to cooperate if the FBI or other U.S. authorities began their own investigation of the former vice president and his son Hunter but insisted they had not broken any Ukrainian laws to his knowledge.

Lutsenko, who was fired as prosecutor general last month, said he had urged Giuliani to launch a U.S. inquiry and go to court if he had any evidence but not to use Ukraine to conduct a political vendetta that could affect the U.S. election.

“I said, ‘Let’s put this through prosecutors, not through presidents,’ ” Lutsenko told The Times.

“I told him I could not start an investigation just for the interests of an American official,” he said.

The revelations are at the heart of the House impeachment inquiry into whether Trump improperly delayed congressionally mandated military aid to Ukraine while urging leaders there to help find dirt on his political opponents to boost his 2020 reelection bid.

Lutsenko said he met Giuliani twice in person and had numerous conversations with him on the phone. He described the former New York mayor as obsessed with possible misconduct by Biden or his son Hunter.

Both Bidens have denied any wrongdoing, and no evidence has emerged to suggest they broke U.S. laws.

That statement is a falsehood, a libel.
Unfortunately for your side, Joe Biden openly boasted, on TV, about having done this. We have seen the recording. And we KNOW it is COMPLETELY true.

To qualify as libel, it has to be false. But Biden not only admitted he did this. He openly boasted about having done it. If you are ignorant of the video of his boasting, that is your fault. For it has been widely publicized.

That is incorrect. Biden boasted about helping get a corrupt prosecutor removed. He said nothing about the company his son worked for. This guy was holding up a British investigation into the company for money laundering and Burisma was eventually fined.

The money the US was withholding was small compared to the money international organizations were withholding.

- Who only "happened" to have been investigating Burisma, which company only "happened" to be paying Biden's son millions of dollars to do a job for which he had ZERO QUALIFICATIONS. Yeah, sure.

It borders on insanity to even try to pretend that this does not at least appear to have been corrupt, or to even pretend that the fact that Joe Biden decided to run for office exempted him from investigation of what UNQUESTIONABLY appears to have been a CRIMINAL quid pro quo, done with well over a BILLION United States tax dollars.

Your comment is libel, too, because it is false that Biden did anything wrong. He did nothing criminal, where as Trump as violated the Constitution and the law.

Yes, that is the Trump supporter argument, although the particulars are false. The Bidens did nothing criminal, but Trump crossed the Constitution in asking another country to investigate his opponent. Thank you for condemning Trump, Biblewriter.

This has all been investigated ... and the Bidens found innocent of any wrong-doing.

A few other things wrong in your posting ...

* The prosecutor wasn't actively investigating Burisma when Joe Biden was involved in getting the corrupt prosecutor fired. The prosecutor had previously opened an investigation into Burisma's owner ... but had even allowed that investigation to lapse.

* Hunter Biden wasn't being paid "millions" by Burisma.

The guy wasn't investigating Burisma anymore when Biden and several other European factions stepped in to help get the prosecutor fired. This guy was holding up the British investigation into money laundering by Burisma's owner and to which they were fined millions of dollars for after a new prosecutor was appointed.
It borders on insanity to even try to pretend that this does not at least appear to have been corrupt,
I agree that Burisma's appointment of Hunter Biden was a corrupt act by Burisma's owner but there was no Ukrainian laws broken by Hunter Biden, according to the prosecutor. He couldn't say if any US tax laws may have been violated but would work with US officials if needed.

How would an election by Biden exempt him from an investigation. You seem to be acknowledging that that is what Trump is doing now.
