Yes, I've been myself. It is a pool. It's also likely been used as a sacrificial place to kill Guatemalan children, if Podesta's necrophiliac art is anything to go by (because of the blood draining from the pool makes easier clean up). Odds are good Cooper's mother, Gloria Vanderbilt is a Mother of Darkness. This is similar to art found on Epstein's estate, where the art is telling the viewer something true but hidden (just the sort of art someone in mystery cult would love).
