We believe in prayer! Why do we pray?

We pray to talk to God and hear from Him through His Word and Holy Spirit. Communion with God through prayer is part of our relationship with Him.

As we pray in the name of Jesus.led by His Holy Spirit we are engaged in a mighty work that can affect others,our family,church,community, nation and global world!

And when we pray, stuff happens, I never cease to be thrilled at answers to prayer

But isn't this so dear sister? The sheep await with watchful hearts what possible contribution He may cause within us, hoping, the weight of toil doesn't replace the better part of our determination. But with all the mystery of His provision that is capable to minister to our frame in ways so finely set, , how does it say?, ", far above all we could ask or think". Saying, what dear Father in heaven have I not thanked you for today?, we stand to benefit in wildly fantastic sums of blessing. But one thing I have noticed that is more to my involvement than it is His and that is having a good collection of my heart's intentions fixed in full-attention throughout that time with Him. I most certainly have notice a particular edge of delight when I do!

All good and perfect gifts Lord, all strength to have our being fixed without distraction to the One who loves us so, I implore Lord, begin to well-up that gift in that one reading now as only our Creator can!
