Mass Stabbing in Florida Work Dispute

One person is in serious condition at a local hospital following the stabbing, Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare said in an updated statement Wednesday.

Two people are in fair condition and two are in good condition, the hospital said.

The suspect involved in today's stabbing at Dyke Industries has been identified as Antwann D. Brown, according to the Tallahassee Police Department.

Brown was an employee at the facility, according to a police department statement.

Police said he stabbed five employees with a folding knife.

Unfortunately there have been some deadly knife attacks. But guns certainly make it harder for people to evade or flee. Most of the knife attacks that killed more targeted sleeping victims, or children, which is a whole other level of planning and evil.

In this case the guy used a folding knife. It is a good thing that planning was not his strong point.

God tells us to pursue peace and avoid angry people for a reason. It is unfortunate when people are harmed through fits of rage. Few disagreements would justify a stabbing. I hope he receives the help he needs and is unable to hurt anyone else.

Agreed. And 9 times out of 10 when someone is looking for the right tool to kill as many people in as little time as possible and at a distance, the gun is the better tool for the job. That’s usually what they go with.
