Prayer for work issue

Hello, I dont post much but here goes... been working very very hard to earn a promotional spot. Had some abrupt turnover in a few managers and have had some challenges with them only knowing me/my work a short while vs the last regime. Time came for interviews for the spot, two good interviews one not as good. I am pretty tuned in and usually accurate, so I think I will need a miracle from God to get the promotion I've worked a few years towards getting. I would love prayers for this miracle, and the ability to weather whatever is to come. I'm exhausted from the anxiety when I am so the opposite of an anxious person! Thank you kindly brothers and sisters in Christ.

I understand your struggle. Life can throw us some crazy curves sometimes. A change in managers does not necessarily mean there's not information in your file about your great work, which they would probably look at as they make a decision. Pray for what you want, but also pray that what you want is in line with God's will for you. I used to get really aggravated when people didn't at least drive the speed limit, especially in areas where it was difficult to pass them. I would be so frustrated by the time I arrived at my destination I couldn't focus well on why I was there. Someone once pointed out that perhaps God placed that slow car there to keep me from an accident. It took some work, but I have become more patient in that situation. And that in turn has created patience in other areas of my life. I pray your promotion is in God's will for you. But if not, it is not a reflection of who you are, because you are a child of the King! Sometimes His answer is not yet. Whatever happens find a way to praise God for his divine wisdom. Prayers for peace regardless the answer.
