How to get to Heaven

Can anyone tell us how to get to the 3rd Heaven?

1) Die knowing Christ as saviour
2) Build tower of Babel ( God said they would manage to do so if he didnt stop them )
3) Get raptured in the end times before you die

I believe the passage is implying that if they believe too, they will be saved. The word order is different than our normal sort of discourse.

The standard answer is to believe in Jesus Christ and His Gospel, which is His death for the sins of mankind, His burial and His resurrection the third day, according to the Scriptures. 1Co 15:3 What happens if you cannot really believe that a man was raised from the dead?

The above was written by Paul through the Holy Spirit. They are the words of a man who cannot follow Jesus. The harder he tries, he realizes that sin keeps him from following Jesus. How can he get to the 3rd Heaven?
