I’m a photographer. Nothing looks off to me. People are blurry if they are moving quickly. You can see that the bride’s torso isn’t blurry, but her arm is - because her torso was not moving as much as her arm.

Thanks for the input, it just looked off to me, and the way people's eyes are facing also implies that they are taken from other pictures.
