Not content with offering a venue for weddings, baptisms and holy communion, Rochester Cathedral in Kent has added crazy golf to its repertoire.

The medieval nave has been transformed into an adventure course for the summer in a bid to attract a younger crowd.

For the record, this is not a Catholic cathedral. It was a Catholic cathedral from 604 AD until Henry VIII came along, but not no more.

It IS rather dumbfounding. But if you have nothing else any longer maybe it could make sense to them. Not to me. I think they should give it back. It could be reconsecrated and then used for worship again.

I’m not playing mini golf there. Jesus will probably come in and tear it down in righteous fury. That would really mess up my game!
