These same junk scientists said the coastlines would be under water by now - 30 years ago.
This generation so so concerned about man destroying the planet. Our pollution levels ha e decreased radically, remember leaded fuel. I lived in San Fernando valley 40 years ago and it was bad. They would have smog alerts often. Its much cleaner now. Hey, we have 100 years supply of natural gas which is 95 % less polluting - why haven't we changes over to that? Also, why isn't everyone on China's case? Their pollution levels exceed ours. They have to walk around with masks.
Plants emit CO2 and thousands of years ago there were more botanicals.
I would be more concerned for unbelievers, who when Jesus returns will lose. The Bible does say the sun will scorch man and he will curse God during the Great Tribulation. That change in temperature will be Gods doing, not CO2.

I can remember being sent home from Mission Bay High School over smog in San Diego quite often back in the '70s.

Greenland’s Rapid Melting Is a Hugely Underplayed Story

(Bloomberg Opinion) -- The announcement that 11 billion tons dropped off the Greenland Ice Sheet in one day turned out to be a made-for-television example of the effects of climate change. Dramatic videos of water pouring off the glaciers went viral. But apart from the occasional spectacular image, it’s hard to focus the attention of the news media on the Greenland Ice Sheet. And that’s too bad.

Because it’s worse than you thought.

Consider: According to NASA’s National Snow & Ice Data Center, between June 11 and June 20 of this year, the Greenland Ice Sheet (or GIS) lost an estimated 80 billion tons of ice. That’s an average of 8 billion tons every 24 hours for 10 days, a record warming event. But there was hardly a whisper of news coverage, perhaps because there weren’t any exciting videos.

It is impossible to deny climate change has been occuring for years AND that humans caused all of it. Everyone who does has a poliltical agenda.

- The other reason is look at the people supporting the issue, AOC, Omar, Sanders, Warren, certifiable everyone.

Misleading. While it may be true that regular Joes like me, who quite reasonably accept the scientific consensus on global warming, might be baffled by the cold weather, the scientists - the real experts - are not. To wit:

They did not know they were unwise. Flint, Michigan found out they had lead pipes. Some tried to blame the government.

I read a study that people who live close to a major road are more likely to die. The highest risk is within 100 meters, but it continues to 1000 meters, or close to half a mile from a major roadway. Truck drivers have an average life expectancy of 61 yrs. Truck drivers are more likely to smoke, be obese and not exercise, plus have to breathe exhaust fumes on the highway. You might think some people are overly concerned about pollution. How many of these live within 500 feet of an urban freeway? People who have higher levels of arsenic in their well water are more likely to get cancer, even if they breathe clean country air. Arsenic is a naturally occurring element found in some aquifers.

There are many things in life that are detrimental to our health and safety. It seems like diseases, strange deadly bacteria and viruses in the rise as well.

Yes, stage 2 or 3 smog alerts ... your eyes would burn. Glad I moved to a state with fresh air and clean skies. San Diego was nicer than LA for sure.

I wonder sometimes why we have no record of consternation about climate change in ancient times... Obviously the climate did change drastically in some areas. The Middle East wasn't always all desert as it is now, for example, and the Sahara has grown a ton since ancient times. Those things started a long time ago, but I don't think Ive ever read about them being worried by those changes. On the flip side, the "ice men" found frozen in glaciers were obviously hunting there when there was no glacier.

Groups of people migrated when they couldn’t survive on the land they occupied. They knew they had to go when the water wasn’t there any more, for example.

The video of Alan Jones in the O.P claimed that sea level rise was only one millimeter per year.

You can go into Wikipedia and edit it. My kids, in grade school, went in and put a statement that the Rocky mountains were made of chocolate.. It was there for a month or two.

Wiki may have good information but it is not a solid source.

Actually, these numbers are false. There is an agenda. In the early 2000's Al Gore and his scaremongers made predictions that never came close to being true.

There were emails, that were intercepted, from climate scientists, that confirmed conversations of them not knowing what to do. The data was not lining up with their scaremongering predictions..

How do we even continue to respect them?

The OP is not about whether we think climate change is important or not. The OP is concerned with the question of the reality of climate change itself.

Your opinion matters but in this case your opinion is outside the relevance of the OP.

My point is not that climate change exists... My point is:

It's not man made
It's not within our power to control
The data is fabricated
There is a political agenda to use it to manipulate people
It is a hoax that has been exposed but speaking against it is ridiculed.
Scientists are no longer to be trusted as they are driven by money and maintaining their cash flow.

The list goes on.

Climate change is measurable, and real. It is at a rate orders of magnitude greater than humans have been able to measure thus far.

This is funny... How long have we had instruments with the accuracy to measure the minuscule fluctuations in temperature and CO2 percentages.?

Even if it has been measurable for the last century or two..... the accuracy has been lacking and records are not valid enough to support this hoax.

The whole thing flies on the idea that scientists are trustworthy. However, they are now totally manipulated by the almighty dollar and this video shows proof that their data is inadmissible.

It is in fact hoax just like the overpopulation hoax , we actually have so much land that every1 could have decent house for family of 12 with pasture next to it to feed that family and fit in state of Texas alone leaving literally whole world left unhabited that's how big it is.

A financial expert once stated that if you take all the money in the world and put it in a pot.. then had every person alive get in lie and come and take their share... everyone would have a couple of million dollars..

It changes every minute, varies from year to year, decade to decade ... It's cyclical. For thousands of years what was lush green forests has grown into deserts that are expanding. Tempurature has increased by 1 degree in the last 150 years. From 1400 to 1850 they had a -3 degree dip (called the little ice age). But actually in the last 20 years there has been a cooling.
The basic Left Wing agenda disguised as the "Global Warming/Climate Change hoax is A One World Order/ Global Governance. What they must do is destroy the sovereignty of every nation (and this already started with the EU - which btw is not working too well). The USA is the biggest challenge. They must collapse the economy, by redistribution of wealth, socialism, dismantling capitalism and distorting our history, dishonoring our nation that has been blessed and guided from the beginnings by God. This generation has seen the effects of liberalism, destroying its greatness: abortion, gay marriage, welfare system, a massive debt and an ugly division fueled by racism.
The click is ticking. Unfortunately this movement won't stop. Trump may delay it and we see a great economy now, but I think the USA has seen its better days - this generation is all screwed up, we have become callous to immorality/sin on many levels.
I pray for the Lord to return soon - because we are going in the wrong direction and cannot fix the world.

Ronald, where did you get the idea there is a cooling in the last 20 years? It does not take long to see the Earth has been warming up, not cooling down.

This is in the real data.

Even the founder of the "Weather network" has been on board to state that the warming trend was fabricated and we are entering into a "solar minimum".

You need to research and lose your cognitive dissonance of trusting the people you used to be able to trust.

Main line media, teachers, professors and "peer reviewed" papers, which used to be where we could find truth..... are no longer solid sources.

Unfortunately, some of these sources are oblivious to the fact that they are regurgitating false truths. Others know full well but money drives them.
