I saw an Orthodox priest on TV sprinkling Holy Water down a street after an LGBT parade had gone thru. I simply loved it - but I'm not well versed on Holy Water.

Water is the life of all that is in all the earth, and which the body needs the most, if not how can refresh the world
In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.
The earth was without form and void, and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.
Genesis 1:1-2
Then God said, "Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters."
Thus God made the firmament and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament, and it was so.
Genesis 1:6-7
But a mist went up from the earth and watered the whole face of the ground.
