How is Salvation, or anything you get from God, a "free gift" if our own will got it for us...?

God Bless!

What would make you believe your will got it for you?

Many are called, few are chosen.
I don't get to do the choosing.

God's will made it available to us dependent upon our choosing...?

How is that not earned or deserved...?
What does choosing cost? Nothing.

You're trying to make something out of nothing.

It is because Jesus paid the full price for our redemption and took on Himself the full penalty for our failure to keep the law of God. Because the price has been paid, and the penalty received, we are able to obtain salvation as a free gift with the condition that we put our whole faith and trust in Jesus Christ, who died and shed His blood on the cross to pay that price and receive the penalty.

It is like getting to the supermarket checkout with a trolley full of groceries to find that someone else has paid for them, so you don't have to pay, and so you receive your trolley full of groceries as a free gift from the person who paid the bill for you.

Based upon the condition that we choose or chose, or that God did, ect, for us already, ect...?

as it is written: “None is righteous, no, not one; no one understands; no one seeks for God. All have turned aside;
And all can be restored, not based upon our choosing or choice, but God's, right...?

Many people believe that, many Christians believe that, maybe even you without fully realizing it...

I know and full realize what it is I Believe about Salvation and I can assure you it wasn't me that got it for me.

Can you provide the Scriptures which would bolster your perceived position?

You say many people believe that, even Christians.

Could you narrow the scope of the question to only Christians, we don't need to wonder or worry about the rest of the world when God is dealing with that aspect of things as we speak?

So your asking this question for all of those Christians who wonder about such things, it isn't for you own information you seek an answer?

You see, I need to know what the motivation for the question is, will I be speaking to your understanding, or about other Christians in general?

That really isn't an answer to my question.

You asked a question, I asked you to clarify your question by supplying us with why you would think that and you answer with "Many people believe that"

Is that a valid reason a discussion should ensue?

There are millions of things people believe we have never spoke about.

So, God chose absolutely everything for you from before the foundations of the world...?

Maybe you question is to broad, could you cut it down to a few choice things, where we could say, either We or God have chosen for us?

Rather than getting an answer from you like.
"So, God chose absolutely everything for you from before the foundations of the world...?" It's a nebulous subject without a subject.

I believe that all choices are already known and were prearranged or predetermined by God long, long, long ago, from His very first choice to create or set all things in motion, that the fact that we think we choose is an illusion or delusion...

And the fact that we insist that we do or have it (choice) is due to our rebellious nature, and rebellious hearts inside of us... And that, or and/or because we really don't, in my opinion anyway...

God Bless!
