Where in the bible does it state interracial marriage is wrong or that blacks are cursed? If that's the case wouldn't Moses be sinning?

These statements (where ever they came from) are "biblical fake news"

Mankind is mankind and there is no distinction in the eyes of the Lord.

Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh” (Genesis 2:22-24).

Psalm 53:2 God looks down from heaven on humans to see if anyone is wise, to see if anyone seeks God.

Color has nothing to do with it ... whatsoever.

The Bible refers to those who are saved and those who are not saved. This is different under the law because then you had "Jew" and non Jew. To be unequally yoked would be for a believer to be married to a non believer.

Almost no one today would say that the Bible prohibits interracial marriage. However many in the US once did. It's worth looking at their reasoning, to make sure that we aren't making similar arguments today on other subjects.

To my knowledge, the most recent major proponent was Bob Jones University. While I haven't been able to find the original documents online, this article gives a fairly detailed summary of the arguments: Bob Jones University Apologizes for Racial Policies - Ethics Daily

Question. What is Hams cursed?
Let's look at that scripture again >

Genesis 9:22 > Ham did something wrong.

Genesis 9:25 > Noah said,

. . "Cursed be Canaan;
. . .A servant of servants
. . .He shall be to his brethren."

We see he did not say, cursed be Ham who did the wrong thing. But Canaan, one of his sons, was cursed by Noah.

Plus, we see that Ham had other sons, not only Canaan > Genesis 10:6.

So, I consider the curse was not to all the offspring of Ham. Plus, I don't even know who now would be effected by that curse.

But, even if someone is now effected by the curse of Canaan > Jesus on the cross has become a curse for us (Galatians 3:13), so no curse of God can continue against us. Jesus has made the big interception.

Plus, we in Jesus do not enforce curses; our job speciality is blessing.

"not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing." (1 Peter 3:9)

Remember that prohibition of interracial marriage needn't be based on either race being inferior. Looking at the reference I posted above, it did use the curse of Ham. But there was more. Quoting from it:

"He cited Samson’s marriage to a Philistine woman and Solomon’s foreign wives as biblical examples of why intermarriage was wrong. He wrote that God’s displeasure with Solomon was so great that God allowed Solomon’s kingdom to split.

"Neal concluded: “All efforts to eliminate nations and races in favor of an ecumenical one-world system are of satanic origin. Therefore when racial distinctions are rubbed out (as they are through intermingling of bloodlines), men are, whether they realize it or not, at war with God’s perfect program. Therefore no Christian should be a party to encouraging interracial marriage or entering into it.”"

For those not familiar with the OT, the real problem with those marriages was that the women were worshipping other gods, gods that many in Israel were in danger of worshipping. I doubt that many black people at Bob Jones University were worshipping foreign gods.

Besides, what is a man to curse man? Both are already cursed. And, luckily for us the Most High God doesn't entertain all of our foolish prayers and whining.

People used the Ham = black people = Canaan is cursed because they are ignorant of who the Hebrews are, ignorant of the meaning of the name "Ham" and the social and anthropological implications of "black people" throughout history, and ignorant of what their titles mean under God to "subdue" and subjugate people. If they knew, they would want to be the slaves. The Redemption and focus of the Most High God has always been on His people as slaves and captives who the world took for ransom and property throughout history - because of the Hebrew's disobedience. They kept getting into trouble with this throughout history, but also kept getting saved - even by a remnant.

First, the Bible says >

"for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God," (Romans 3:23)

This means that all without Jesus are cursed because of their sin.

And while people live in sin, each one can suffer in certain curses which are specialized for that person and how he or she is sinning.

Then, if a person trusts in Jesus on the cross, Jesus removes the curse of sin and sets us free. And then is when we become busy with loving and blessing any and all people, wanting them to also be blessed to become free in God's love . . . which makes us all-loving and generously forgiving.

So, if certain people are trying to maintain curses against black people . . . or anyone else > this can mean those doing the cursing are cursed. They are cursed because they do not know how to love. And so, while their unloving character keeps them from loving black people, for just one example, their unloving character also keeps them from being able to love well with their own families and friends. This includes how their unloving character makes them deeply weak so they can argue and complain and hurt others and be abusive to others and degrade their own selves.

God is all-loving; He wants us to share with Him, by being all-loving. And Jesus says, "bless those who curse you," in Matthew 5:44 and in Luke 6:28.

So, if someone is busy with cursing anyone > this keeps the person from finding out how to love the way Jesus desires for us to love and care for and bless any and all people. And so, because someone is in selfish love, the person has deep problems even with loving the person's own family and friends.

We see what happened to people in the South, in the United States, while they were involved with slavery of black people. There were slave traders who would go to Africa and arrange for African tribal men to attack another tribe's people and capture them for slavery. Imagine being in a family-style village and all of a sudden in come men with guns killing and taking your community leaders, mothers and fathers, and children. This is what they were doing . . . kidnapping and murdering in order to get slaves . . . so they could get money.

And we see what degradation there was, then, for the southerners who looked down on black people and had them as slaves. They lived in fear, all the time. They did not know when their slaves might rise up against them or run away. They were afraid of losing their money which they payed for their slaves, afraid of not having slaves do the work of their farming so they could make their money and live their fancy lives.

They were not loving. And God's word says >

"There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love." (1 John 4:18)

Also, "fear of death" . . . according to what I read in Hebrews 2:14-15, is slavery to Satan.

So, people were slaves of their own fear, because of how they cursed the black people. It is possible they had never trusted in Jesus and how He has us learning how to love; so indeed such ones were themselves slaves of Satan . . . not only slaves of other humans.

And now, yes, we see certain people promoting what is not loving any and all others as ourselves. And in the weakness of their selfish loving they are deeply weak so they can keep on suffering from fear and worry and being dominated by lusts for pleasure and control, and they can be unforgiving. And we know how Jesus is so against unforgiveness.

So, of course, then, racists are not the only ones with this problem. We need to not be self-righteously looking down on anyone, then, I would say . . . to myself >

"He can have compassion on those who are ignorant and going astray, since he himself is also subject to weakness." (Hebrews 5:2)

I can be a beauty discriminator, and lust of the eyes can keep me away from loving and caring for every woman I see. So, racism is not the only sort of discrimination which can degrade us from real loving.

As late as:

Acts 10:28 And he said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Jew to keep company, or come unto one of another nation; but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean.

We see mention of Jew and Gentile not keeping company. This might be surprising to those that think the distinction was set aside in the gospels or even early Acts.

Later Paul completely dispels this notion with:

Rom 10:12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

So we are all people equal in the eyes of the LORD. Any deviation from that is just hate speech.

On the topic of marriage I'm sure you are aware that being yoked with an unbeliever will be difficult.
