No ... not all Jewish people. The early church was primarily Jewish.

In the larger context, the Jews, in the main, are loyal to their Judaic leadership, which was always at odds with Jesus' claim to be the Messiah.

Scriptures suggest that it will require the events of the Apocalypse to convince the Jews that they were wrong about Jesus ...

I think the point is that so the gentiles could be saved. This was a big surprise for the disciples because Jesus said to the woman, “I was sent only to help God's lost sheep—the people of Israel." Matthew 15:24

Israel always had a small group of believers (born again/circumcised in heart) but most needed the law to curb their wickedness. Even then God would severely judge them with war, sickness and famine. When Jesus arrived, God removed the wicked unbelievers from Israel leaving only the believers. To these he grafted in believing gentiles into their place.

Jesus said, unless born again, people cannot see Israel/the kingdom of God, because it is spiritual. So as God imparts the new birth to the broken off branches, they accept Christ and he reattaches them to Israel/the kingdom of God. But unless born again, they exist as a body solely because of their hatred and rejection of Christ. These remain under God's wrath until the end of time according to Paul.

According to that, verses 36 and 37 were already fulfilled meaning the OT verses were fulfilled at that time.

I think one reason is that they don’t really know what Jesus taught. They think Jesus is blasphemous, even though he is not, if we look just what he taught.
