For my son, oxygen

Please pray for my son in his late twenties. He is a fit person who, I found out this afternoon, is just lately having trouble getting enough oxygen, no other symptoms, not asthma.

He went to a doctor a day and a half ago, and tests are coming up. He says it’s worse tonight than when he was in the doctor’s office, and he sometimes wonders if he will pass out.

He is single. I am making a packing list tonight in case it will be helpful to fly there.

Perhaps pray that he will agree to go to urgent care or an emergency room tomorrow, and that he is safe overnight. Or pray however God leads you.

Welcome to the forum! I'm praying for your son. I've had severe breathing problems, and I know how scary it can be, but I pray that Jesus will get him through this as He has gotten me through it!

I am praying for you and your son. I know a respiratory therapist and she has told me of patients aspirating some foreign object that gets lodged in their lungs and can cause all kinds of problems. X-ray, CT-scan, and maybe a bronchoscopy if indicated (I called RT friend).

Heavenly Father, please bring healing to SunandRain's son, whether by Your touch or through a doctor. Please get him to a medical facility soon. I pray for him and his mom.

He might have a severe case of pneumonia like my husband did once. My husband also had a collapsed lung twice. There are several possibilities.

Thank you all so much for your prayers.

He started having a new symptom this evening, chest pains, and drove himself to the emergency room. They found an abnormal heart speed variance on minor exertion, don’t know why yet, and he is waiting on more test results.

I’m relieved he finally went in to get care.
