Galatians 1: 6. I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: 7. Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. 8. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 9. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. 10. For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.

I am not sure where he is going with this.. but I agree.
While I can fellowship with Catholics who put Jesus and the Father first.. the pope is quite another matter.

I did not want any one to think, I do not love my Catholic Brothers and Sisters.
It would be easy to presume I am just pushing cross denomations bitterness.
It is evident to even Catholics this Pope has promoted a universal Church.
We can not be unequally yoked to religons that do not serve Christ.
Copeland should know better, calling the reformation a Church split is dumb.
Telling Christians who though generations have been killed
Over God's Word and freedom of Religon that they should not be protesting , that we are not examples of the love of Christ, is stupidity gone to seed.
If we had not protested we would be Roman Catholics today.
We do not put on high any other person but He that dwells
In us.
Christ Jesus.

We are in a Spiritual Battle, and our emeny is not always who we think it is.
Our fellow members in the Body of Christ who we consider Brothers and Sisters, Have denied the Power of God along with quenching the Holy Spirit.
Full Gospel Believers are looked down on, criticised continually in pulpits across this Nation.
The critics cannot read a Bible with understanding, and infusing their dogma into God's Word.
So now we have a huge ministry going to a completely different,
Institution because they say they are believers of the power in the Holy Ghost.
There are many foundational differences between Catholicism and Evangelicals.
One truth is God's Word, and many are blind to the will and power God has given us.
It's not the full Gospel people or the Catholics that are burning down the House of God, and dividing the Body of Christ.
All you need do is. Go on YouTube to hear Pastors that dedicate their entire life to tearing down Charismatic and Pentecostal Belivers.
They have what they want now, a big reason to hate.
We have been accused of being metaphysical and greedy for years.
They lie, they twist God's Word, they change God's Word to persecute their Breathern.
They have a form of Godliness but deny the Power of God..
God's Word has survived every attempt to destroy it and replace it with man's own doctrines..
God is bigger than any denomation , and His Word will stand until time is no more.
In other Words until Christ returns.
For those of us who have not turned away , we will see eternity with Christ.
For the rest ?
They can figure out on Judgement Day their excuses for degrading God's Holy Word.

Hi John, I haven't yet seen the enclosed videos yet of Copeland so I'll respond soon. My PC was/is going haywire. I'm probably in the "few" group that still hanging on to Windows 7. Having 'boo coo" problems but am learning how to "temporaily" making repairs. Research tells me to give up internet explorer and try another browser. Trying Mozilla but having same problems. It's been taking me several hours (daily) to make repairs and when it does finally work (maybe an hour) or so the problem starts back up. "One" of the problems is my PC continually starts/stops before anything opens up. System restore does help but not a perminent fix. Not quite ready for Windows 10 yet but we'll get back in here in-between the problems though. PC does work little better in "SAFE" mode. Hopefully I can keep the thing running enough enough today to get into the action.

Catch you guys later, for sure...

Harry

Finally seen Cope's video and also agree where he is going with this? Is this the full video or just what "whoever" wanted this seven minute portion to add to Youtube? To me, it appears to be cut off at that point. Also, how old is it? I would sure like to see the full version... if there is one.

Definitely needs researched for full input. My PC is running better. Found a good restore point but I thought I found one earlier when it conked out. We'll all keep our eyes open on this for sure.

Hmm it was posted Oct 23, 2017... and your still talking about it? Is this what they did in the word (Acts)? Some said NOTHING about there false gods. Is this our job? To judge? "For God didn't send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved".

No lets RUN with this. So when.. did Christ or the sweet sweet Holy Spirit speak up speak out against the things YOU do when missing it? Yeah.. NEVER. See Him pack up and leave did we? And me.. I follow Christ not man. And I can listen to Copeland but dont agree on all he teaches. HAHA as if my personal belief is the true gospel. And you have no clue as to all that has ever been said talked about prayed PRAYED about. So this question you ask.. did you take it to Jesus 1st? What did He say about it? You know JESUS is real right? Not being funny. We have a GOD in us.. that is with us 24/7 and HE said.. and He cant lie.. my sheep KNOW my voice. And in Acts we know the holy Spirit talks. Did we ask Him and then treat Him SO MUCH better and give Him time to answer? In this case.. I dont think we would like His answer.

I am not like most. You watch a 7min video. I don't care if the video was 60min I still wouldn't know everything. People did the same thing once with the late Oral Roberts. He said something they had the tape, video. ALLOT of people going on and on about what he said and it was not good. Yet what I noticed was Oral Roberts was not there to answer back. So I being NO ONE went to the man himself and asked him. See if GODS in it.. if its of GOD He will OPEN all the doors. So what he said.. was NOTHING like they were going on and about. Not one of them even tried to ask Oral Roberts.

If I was asked.. one on one.... I would have more to say of what I think some preachers should do. Buts thats not GOD.. thats just me. Have you really looked into this? Do you know how many Preachers NEVER speak out against the Pope? I saw a man once.. in LA he was yelling at people going in to see this movie.. about how evil it was. So I asked the lord right there "is this man of you"? And He came right back with "if He is not against me he is for me". Yet and I am sure some will understand this next part.. in what HE said.. was also .. He would never do that. As the word says.. at least the Christ is being preached.

If you think someone is in error.. hello.. are we not to be talking to them? Good Jesus.. this is not how I would want to be treated.. I would pray they come talk to me. If you think hes wrong off in error.. PRAY for them. What in the world will this do but cause doubt. See the GOOD 1st. Copelands not here to answer back.. and sorry .. nor does he have to ever explain him self. WE are not over him. He does not answer to man. Words of life.. grace to the hearers..

A friend of ours found it.
There are pictures with the Pope as well.
I can only concur that Kenneth Copeland wants to unite with the Pope.
Until he publicly clears this up, He will lose many people.

What doctrine did the Catholics replace with this statement?

I listen to Catholic radio from time to time and they have good teachers. The reformation came because of the teaching of our works for salvation. And paying indulgences for past sins. ( to build St Peters)

There are many good people who attend Cathloic Churches.
It is that I do not support a universal Church.
Neither did our founding fathers of our Nation.
Take a look at some of the core beliefs of Catholics and of evangelical Christians, it is a personal journey you have to discover.
Myself too have listened to Cathloic sermons.
One priest I believe left the Church and has a following under the name Black Sheep Dog.

Come on guys, think here.
Brother Copeland is not going to say or do anything to jeopardize his walk in Christ nor be foolish enough to do so in a video.

There must be more to it then you are seeing or hearing and you tube is full of partial taken out of context video clips and I sure won't watch them or read the lies spread through out the media. Nor will I turn on a man of God.

Won't follow Kenneth Copeland or any other man that.... Good ! You Follow Christ!

Blessings..... P.S I thought this section was word of Faith? Kind of hard to find any real faith here.

Hi Jim... thanks for commenting here. My stance on Copeland's issue is the same as your 2nd paragraph that I highlighted. I agree also that there maybe more to it then it appears. With that being said, when news people corner him with questions, (which happens a lot)... this shouldn't be a surprise to him with his experience as being a Christian celebrity. He could come up with better answers and without pointing his finger in their faces, and saying..."that's none of your business" and then walk away. I have heard him say that three different times myself, and so he knows that the press will jump all over it. Why not just say (without finger pointing)... "isn't God good? He really is!" and then smile and wave at the camera and walk away.

Sometimes we blame the devil for things when actually... at times, we can be our own worse enemy.

Thank you for your response...

Harry

Hi Harry,
You said you have seen Brother Copeland do this other times.
So you were there or are you referring to what the main stream media Wanted you to see?

Is that really the question asked that got that response?

Its easy to sit and judge how things should have been done especially when one was not there to know first hand.

I remember when a certain senator came after him and others hard. However when the IRS set up an invitation to the senator and said they would have both the local media and Copeland's media crew there, well the senator dropped everything and it was all over. I said that because the mainstream media was having a field day backing the senators lies until then.

Any way it won't stop God!

This is not about media harrassment, I was irritated with inside edition tresspassing and bum rushing Kenneth Copeland about his personal belongings, and his ethics with finances.
This is not about demonizing Cathloics.
It is about Kenneth Copeland promoting a universal Church with the Pope.
This is about doing away with Protestant, and throwing a guilt trip out there about being a protester.
So the general idea is Catholic defined is universal, and protestant means protester.
Reformed thelogy is much closer to Catholics than it is Full Gospel.
Calvinism is based on influnces from St Augustine of Hippos writing.
The Purtian system of belief was Calvinest, and the great translator of the Geneva Bible John Wycliffe was as well influnced by St Augustine of Hippo.
The Puratians used the Geneva Bible due to its Calvinest origin.
Word of Faith is hated by Calvinest, our biggest critics are Calvinest.
Word of Faith people do not believe in a universal Church, they believe in one Body of believers, that Body is the Body of Christ.

Last night, October 24th, 2017 Kenneth Copeland held an ecumenical meeting in Kansas City Missouri with Pope Francis watching by video and his representatives present. In this video Copeland claims to be god’s anointed prophet and claims to have the power of god to bring fire from heaven to “burn the stubble”, presenting a veiled threat to all the churches who do not get in step with the ecumenical movement.”

Last night, October 24th, 2017 Kenneth Copeland held an ecumenical meeting in Kansas City Missouri with Pope Francis watching by video and his representatives present.

OK I watched the video. I did find interesting that he stated the Lutheran's and Catholics got together and agreed on justification by faith. Well words are one thing the question is in practice would those who had reservations in regard to that prior be consistent in their agreement. The future will tell.

I believe Kenneth's heart is in the right place for he wants to see LOVE and a type of unity but I certainly do have reservations in regard to saying the reformation didn't need to take place. (if indeed that's what he was suggesting) While I appreciate examples that people with differences see different things and we can get a bigger right picture by putting it all together ah, no I think that can only go so far. Yes some things are just plain wrong and error.

You can't always IMO say they have a part of the greater truth. Having said that though I believe as I've said Copeland's heart was in a right place. I do not find myself actually believing absolutely everything he says although I consider much can be learned from him, just maybe not on this subject and theme.

In this video Copeland claims to be god’s anointed prophet and claims to have the power of god to bring fire from heaven to “burn the stubble”, presenting a veiled threat to all the churches who do not get in step with the ecumenical movement.”

Ah no....I marvel that you could even imagine he was even close to doing such a thing. He had left off talking about the subject of the unity issue long before within that hour teaching and had went on to discuss talking about FAITH and WORDS and freedom from sickness and disease. Burning the stubble in context obviously had to do with burning out the unbelief from our lives. So sorry but I think you were somewhat extreme in your assessment.
