QUESTION: If it’s revealed that certain high-profile men participated in felonious activities with minor girls, does the Department of Justice’s “policy” of not prosecuting a sitting president still apply?
.
SPECIFICALLY: If it’s established that Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Alan Dershowitz, and who knows who else, are implicated in this heinous sex-trafficking story, will the Republicans STILL argue that Trump deserves immunity from prosecution, as they’re doing with the ten allegations of his obstructing justice?
.
To anyone involved in this, Republicans and Democrats alike: our national sympathy must end where their willful participation began. Let the chips fall where they may.
.
Kudos to Julie Brown of the Miami Herald for her tenacious coverage of this story, which it seems is about to go supercritical.

With Jeffrey Epstein locked up, these are nervous times for his friends, enablers

I do believe there will be many high profile people implicated...and charged...and many high profile names have come up in connection with Epstein over and over again, but not Trumps name. Implications against Trump only seem to have arisen while he was running for President in 2016. In fact, almost all of them became public in 2016, while he was running for office, and most were alleged to have happened more then 20 years ago.

I believe this happened.

The complaint, brought against Trump and Epstein, alleges that the victim attended multiple parties at Epstein's residence in the summer of 1994 that Trump also attended. An anonymous witness claimed to be an employee of Epstein.

The plaintiff alleged that she "was enticed by promises of money and a modeling career to attend a series of parties, with other similarly situated minor females" at Epstein's Manhattan residence. Trump was said to have attended at least four of the same parties, and to have known the plaintiff was 13-years-old, since he knew her for the previous 7 years, too.

The document alleges that Trump repeatedly initiated sexual contact with the plaintiff, then on the fourth encounter at one of Epstein's parties, tied her to a bed, exposed himself, and "forcibly raped" her.

"During the course of this savage sexual attack, Plaintiff loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to stop but with no effect," the document alleges. "Defendant Trump responded to Plaintiff's pleas by violently striking Plaintiff in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do whatever he wanted."

I had heard about Clinton's 26 times on the airplane years ago, but it did not stop him almost having access to the oval office again in the last election. Pray for all the sick and disgusting men and women involved in this mess. That they would repent from their wicked ways and live.
And pray that these girls out there just giving up their bodies and souls for money. Girls were getting paid to recruit other girls, and they were doing it all for $$. SICK SICK SICK people who need the Lord Jesus Christ to save their souls.

Indeed...I've been praying for all the innocent children who have been their victims, used, abused and groomed into the roles they play for these very sick people.

And yes...I (well all of us really) need to pray for these sick people too, but I'm having a hard time getting past what they did, have done and continue to do.

Perhaps now that they are finally being apprehended, arrested and hopefully convicted for what they've done...I'll be able to pray for them.

It is the Justice Department , not the Republicans, that has the policy that a sitting a President cannot be prosecuted. I think that that is a reasonable stance as some politically motivated prosecutor might well decide to prosecute a President just to damage that President politically with no actual evidence worthy of prosecution. It has been the policy well before Trump took office. Certainly pedophilia and statutory rape remain high crimes and misdemeanors and would be grounds for removal from office. To this point I have seen no evidence to suggest that Trump engaged in those things or enabled them to be engaged in by others but, if he did, I do not know anyone, though I am sure they exist, that would not call for his removal. Once removed from office he would be subject to normal prosecution. Hypothetically, a President might pardon him/herself and resign before being removed. If such a thing were to happen, I would hope the supreme court would decide that such a move was unconstitutional. I suspect, while hoping it is not so, that the political leanings of a President might make a difference in the ruling for some of the members of the Court. Unfortunately, I believe politics was the main factor in the Senate deciding that perjury did not rise to the level of removal from office and at the time no evidence was presented of pedophilia or statutory rape. As it is no small thing for the head of law enforcement in the US to perjure himself, I am left to wonder if evidence of other crimes were presented if it would have caused a different outcome. I do recall people arguing that since the perjury was about sex it was not a big deal.

Very informative and I agree.

This is so very sad. These crimes are about intimidation, power and control and certainly a very big deal for people in positions to abuse power and control over others. They need to be taken very seriously.

I completely understand. I hope every last one of the people involved gets caught so that maybe they each will reach rock bottom and hopefully finally repent and call out to Jesus Christ as Lord to forgive them.

Who accused Trump of abuse?

The media and Democratic shills, who are desperately hoping the full list of Hollywood and their Pals don't get released in this. Even Pelosi's daughter was like "we need to let the chips fall where they may."

Hence, you get people scrubbing everything

I do love how she kept attending parties, etc. even after he supposedly raped her. Meanwhile, he banned Epstein from his place in Florida for assaulting a minor. It also makes total sense that Trump would have the DoJ do this if he were involved. /sarcasm.

Of course, I don't think he's doing it purely out of the kindness of his heart. Trump's a New York mogul. I.E. he can be incredibly petty. I think he's still seething over the crap they put him through with the Mueller investigation, and he knows this is the best way to burn as many of them to the ground as possible, and they won't be able to do anything about it because no one wants to stick up for a kiddie diddler.
