Of course not being allowed to even discuss medical issues with the patient is gagging health care workers.

I am sorry. Did you actually read the article? As a physician myself, this does nothing in stopping me from discussing any questions patients have.

Accounting gimmicks are used so Planned Parenthood can say no Title X money is used for abortions, but everyone understands that it is going into the same money pot.

You're right. Under Reagan, it was a gag rule. Now it's a defunding rule.

I don't buy the premise that the Title X funds are supporting abortion because the abortion business is the only one that makes a profit. It appears that the abortions are supporting the STD testing & treatment, contraception and gynecological care rather than the other way around.
