If I understand the the topic correctly it is believing in Christs life,death and resurrection is not enough, more is required. Like loving God with all your heart and keeping the Commandments.

How many people believe in their hearts that Christ conquered death but don't follow him? Surely not many?

To me the Scripture doesn’t appear to be separating itself and the belief in Jesus’ resurrection as I think your OP suggests, but connecting them. Paul is just emphasizing the importance of Christ’s role in the Scripture, and in our salvation. Yes, Paul says in verse 2 that it is by this gospel you are saved, and then in verse 3 and 4 that Christ died for our sins according to those scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures. Believing in Jesus is therefore believing in the Scripture (including the other requirements you speak of).

There is just one requirement and it is stated many times in the only book of the Bible (Gospel of John) whose stated purpose for being written. Is to tell people how to have eternal life.

It is the receiving of the Holy Spirit through the work of Jesus Christ of Nazareth that restores our relationship with the Father thus conquering sin and the second death. In order to receive we must believe. From there, we have entered into "a new" and are children of God in His Kingdom where Jesus Christ of Nazareth is King. When we walk in the Spirit the law is written in our hearts. No other work is needed the Holy Spirit naturally regenerates us through and through. It is only when we "quench" the Holy Spirit that we cause grief between us and the Father thus causing us to sin.

Saved and have eternal life is not the same. Person can be saved from the judgment just by the words of Jesus. And it means, sins are freely forgiven and so person is saved from the judgment that would come because of sin. But it is only like a fresh start, new beginning. After it, person should be righteous, to get eternal life. And if person is righteous, he will do righteous actions.

These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.
Mat. 25:46

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

But Jesus’s “first and great commandment” is still a requirement for Christians to be saved and enter the Kingdom of heaven: Matthew 22:37-38.

The fact that this particular passage is in the New Testament itself proves that this particular commandment is integral to the new covenant (although you may well disagree). Because the new covenant doesn’t abolish every rule in the Old Testament (Such as the Ten Commandments).
