Per the Administrative Hearing Commission's website, a hearing has been scheduled for 9:00 AM, Thursday, August 1, 2019, at the Wainwright State Office Building, on the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services' non-renewal of Planned Parenthood's abortion facility license.
Planned Parenthood of St. Louis today filed a "Motion for Stay" in the Administrative Hearing Commission to prohibit the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services from not renewing Planned Parenthood's abortion facility license. But Planned Parenthood is asking Commissioner Dandamudi to issue a stay – with NO hearing – before 5:00 PM, Friday, when Judge Michael Stelzer's order expires.
But what chutzpah! One reason in the motion Planned Parenthood of St. Louis wants a "stay" (see pp. 20-21) is so that medical residents at Barnes Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis can continue training to do abortions at Planned Parenthood. But remember, it was other medical residents from Barnes/WashU who earlier did botched abortions at Planned Parenthood – and then refused to be interviewed by health inspectors from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services!
Only if a stay is granted will PP be allowed to continue doing abortions after 5:00 PM Friday, June 28. Please pray that the stay is denied.
