Trump's budget has $2 trillion basic math error his team is defending

Critics are charging that President Trump's proposed budget, entitled "A New Foundation for American Greatness," rests on some shaky math.

President Donald Trump's newly unveiled budget contains a massive accounting error that uses the same money twice for two different purposes. Based on its supersized projections of 3 percent GDP, the president's budget forecasts about $2 trillion in extra federal revenue growth over the next 10 years, which it then uses to pay for Trump's "biggest tax cut in history."

But then it also uses that very same $2 trillion to balance the budget.

Well...to be fair most of the time they aren't defending President Trump, most of the time they're attacking President Obama/Sec Clinton in order to try and "move the goalposts" in the thread. I mean, it's not like there's any way to actually defend President Trump and most people realized in the first days of his administration that they weren't going to be able to use anything from him. that's when the patterned responses developed: 1) "You all need to obey President Trump! Those verses that mysteriously reappeared in the Bible at the beginning of 2017 say he was put there by THE LORD!! and disagreeing with him is the same as disagreeing with THE LORD!!"! Or 2)"President Obama/Sec Clinton did/ has done much worse!" 3) "You all are just brainwashed liberals!" and my personal favorite 4)"No one ever treated President Obama this badly when he was in office!".

Trump opened Pandora's Box by instructing to declassify in his own authority and estimation information that should be released to the public.

Since the majority of Americans do not trust either Barr or the President, the demand will insatiably grow that all the information be released.
