So the Catholics believe the OC is a false church?

Is the Orthodox Church a true Christian church?

"Finally, the Orthodox church venerates (i.e., assigns spiritual power to) the dead, calling them "saints" and praying to them for spiritual blessing. As with Catholics, this practice is blasphemous and contrary to Scripture.

There are other similarities with Catholic doctrinal, but these serious departures from Scripture are certainly sufficient for us to conclude that the Orthodox church is a false church teaching a false Gospel that cannot save.

Important Footnote:

We must allow for the possibility that from time-to-time true Christians may be found attending the Orthodox Church. Like the Catholic Church the Orthodox Church does not preach the true Gospel nor does it practice biblical Christianity, but that does not mean God's Spirit is incapable of bringing true faith to someone within this community. Nevertheless, should a member of the Orthodox Church come to saving faith in Jesus Christ, we would say the person was born againdespite the church's negative influence, not because of the church.

Furthermore, we encourage all born-again Christians to seek fellowship in churches that hold to the true Gospel. Remaining closely tied to a false church can have serious, negative influences on the believer's walk of faith. "

This is not written from a Catholic perspective, but some neo-protestant organization so has no relevance on what the Roman Catholics think about Eastern Orthodoxy. Suffice it to say we have very important differences, but I doubt anyone here would call Catholics not Christians or viceversa. These neo-protestants, being as they are young and full of undue passion, do.

Protestants tend to have more trouble understanding the differences between Catholicism and Orthodoxy than Catholics do, ime at least.

This is obviously a Protestant writing since they regard both Orthodox and Catholics as false.

But since when does "venerate" mean "assign spiritual power to"?

As usual, those making charges get things wrong.

Funny how they call the Orthodox Church "unbiblical". Where do they suppose their Bibles came from?

How did you find out that they are Protestant?

The first clue, was reading the "stuff" you quoted in the OP.
Look at the drivel in the second sentence of the allegedly "important" footnote

How do the RC argue that salvation can only be achieved through the RCC?
You'd do better asking Catholics. I know for some time they said one had to be in communion with the Pope of Rome in order to be saved, but I think they've recanted that.

I'm not defending the website but at least they say God has the power to reach people regardless of what church they are in. That's what I believe. Just because someone is RC or Prot doesn't mean his or her faith isn't real.
I think that's about the only thing he got right - that God can work where He wants. But it seems like he would be saying most Orthodox are not "saved".
