“Could not be confirmed” doesn’t necessarily mean they aren’t citizens. In 2000 I was living in Palm Beach County. I got a letter in the mail saying I was booted from the voting rolls because I had not “confirmed” my felony status when I last registered. I’ve never even been arrested. Yet the government didn’t know I wasn’t a felon?Over a period of 22 years. Thought that bore repeating
In my experience working with undocumented immigrants, the last thing they want to do is ANYTHING with the government. They aren’t registering to vote.
