We are all sinners. Yet the bible is filled with accounts of righteous people and obviously there are righteous people. So within that pool of sinners there are the righteous and unrighteous. God justly deals with both groups by giving them his appropriate justice.

Why are you now making unfounded statements you cannot prove with scripture? Only God's Word is true and we should believe and follow it *ROMANS 3:4 and you have provided none.
He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
— 2 Corinthians 5:21

When you were dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our transgressions, having canceled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, which was hostile to us; and He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.
— Colossians 2:13-14

And you were dead in your trespasses and sins, in which you formerly walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience. Among them we too all formerly lived in the lusts of our flesh, indulging the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest. But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.
— Ephesians 2:1-9

Now after John had been taken into custody, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of God, and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.”
— Mark 1:14-15

I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness comes through the Law, then Christ died needlessly.”
— Galatians 2:20-21

Which passage are you not understanding? They are all about the gospel.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “But the righteous man shall live by faith.”

Were you asked about the Gospel in the questions asked of you? The question asked of you was...

Do you think that all those who continue in known unrepentant sin (unbelief in God's Word and breaking any one of God's 10 commandments) are in a saved state before God or an unsaved state before God?

You would not answer the question so scriptures to answer the question was provided below

............

The answer is provided in the scriptures provided below for those interested and is why the OP will not answer the question asked.

HEBREWS 10:26-27; HEBREWS 6:4-8; JOHN 2:3-4; 1 JOHN 3:3-10; REVELATION 14:12; REVELATION 22:14; ROMANS 3:31; ROMANS 13:8-10; 1 CORINTHIANS 6:9-10; GALATIANS 5:19-21; EPHESIANS 5:6; COLOSSIANS 3:6; REVELATION 21:7-8; TITUS 2:11-12

...........

After this a follow up question was asked in a latter post...

Anyhow you do not have to answer the question if you do not wish to. The scriptures provided to you already answer the question for you. No one enters the kingdom of God while continuing in known unrepentant sin because they reject the gift of God's dear son *ROMANS 6:23. If sin is the transgression of God's LAW *1 JOHN 3:4 and ALL those who continue in known unrepentant sin will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven; *HEBREWS 10:26-27; HEBREWS 6:4-8; JOHN 2:3-4; 1 JOHN 3:3-10; REVELATION 14:12; REVELATION 22:14; ROMANS 3:31; ROMANS 13:8-10; 1 CORINTHIANS 6:9-10; GALATIANS 5:19-21; EPHESIANS 5:6; COLOSSIANS 3:6; REVELATION 21:7-8; TITUS 2:11-12

How do you think JAMES 2:10-11 relates to God's JUSTICE?

You did not answer this question either.

Come on now, surely many people here have read the Bible.... this is what the Bible says.
Do they all understand the bible the same way?
I get different versions of verses AND theories.

Plus, I might be asking for a reason....

Why does man deserve justice if he rejects Christ...
this is the question.

From the beginning God knew man would sin and He created a resolution to the problem man would face.
Genesis 3:17

Man is born an enemy of God...he is born a friend of satan. God gives every man the opportunity to reject satan and accept God...in the sacrifice of His Son, Jesus.

If a person does not reject satan, he will die an enemy of God. In that case, since God gave every person the opportunity to be saved and the person HIMSELF refused it....then it is proper for God to reject that person and give to that person justice.

What is justice?
I's to give each man what he deserves.
As is mentioned in the O.P.

Persons that are friends with God deserve God...
Persons that are friends with satan deserve satan...

The justice in this is that God DID give each person the opportunity to accept salvation.
John 3:16

IF God had NOT given us the opportunity to be saved....He would be unjust in sentencing us as lost...and God IS JUSTICE,,,He cannot be unjust, and thus He had to give us the opportunity.

Because of sin.
Oh! You answered.
I didn't see this.

The question was why is everyone under a death penalty.

Your answer is: Because of sin.

My question to you:
Why is there sin in the world?

Did Adam CREATE sin?
No. He just ate the fruit with the sin IN IT.
And so it was spread to mankind.

NOW...IF man did not CREATE sin....
HOW could he possibly be under the threat of death because of it?

The bible says that we are each responsible for our own sin.... HOW do you reconcile that if we're under the threat of death because of a sin WE DID NOT commit?

Jesus told the Apostles in the Great Commision (Mathew 28) to go and baptize and preach and teach.

WHAT were they supposed to teach?

Well that statement has no truth in it. We are saved by GRACE through faith and not of ourselves it is a gift of God *EPHESIANS 2:8. OBEDIENCE to God's LAW is not how we are saved it is the FRUIT of God's work in us as we BELIEVE and FOLLOW his WORD. If our faith has no fruit it is dead *JAMES 2:18-20; 26 and our tree will be cast down and thrown into the fire *MATTHEW 3:10; 7:19-20; 13:49-50. Why are you pretending I am saying things I am not? How can you separate God's LAW from the Gospel when it is the LAW that leads us to Christ that we might be forgiven through faith *GALATIANS 3:22-25?

The above statement from you has no meaning unless you specify which post it's from.

God is obligated to forgive us our sins since WE are not the ones that CREATED sin and so a JUST God cannot hold us responsible for something we did not do.

IF God gives us a solution to remedy those sins and we DO NOT ACCEPT THE SOLUTION (Jesus) then He is totally JUST in NOT forgiving those sins.

This is an easy concept but is difficult for some to understand because they do NOT believe God is a JUST God.

They seem to believe only in some attributes of God but not others.

Problem is: God is chock full of attributes, besides the one of being sovereign.

One of them is JUSTICE.
God IS justice. He doesn't just dole it out.

Let me explain it this way. I have five kids. Everyone of them is given chores, and instruction. Sometimes, they don’t do their chores. Sometimes, they ignore instruction. In these cases there is discipline because like God, we discipline our children (Hebrews 12). But in no case do they ever stop being our children.

So there’s nothing they have to do to be our children. But that doesn’t mean they have nothing that they have to do.
