Saturday 30 March 2019. :Time waits for no man'. Clocks under Greenwich Meantime go forward one hour from to night. Of this we can be sure that 'our times are in God's hands!'

Finished the third of three consecutive nightshifts and travelling on my way home to Walsall, I bumped into a friend of mine from church and went for coffee. Always great to have Christian fellowship and always look forward to visiting CF every day to chat with you all! Hope you have a nice weekend!

Enjoying so much the warm breezes. Loving the little robin who visits our back garden each day. He's such a cheerful little chap with his redbreast. Can get quite agitated by other birds encroaching on his territory!

I like to spot the occasional sight of a heron along the canal. Such elegant creatures. I like the way they pirch on the edge waiting patiently. Last time I saw a robin was when walking through Cannock Chase Forest. They don't like to be photographed so I used the zoom function!

We occasionally see a heron on the canal, we saw them in our back garden when we had a fish pond and goldfish!

I've just been to our 9.00am Holy Communion service. Not many of us today, maybe they all slept in, or forgot that the clocks had gone forward? There is a mother's day service later this morning where all the Mums will be receiving their flowers!
