I'm glad that the storm moved quickly for you Anthony.Hi there rebornfree!
The wind was quite blustery, but seemed to go quite quickly. It's a bit quieter here today. Typical English weather - we either get the "wrong kind of snow" or "strong sunlight" - it's never right it is? Roll on summertime!

I had the strong sunlight waking me up this morning! Nice later in the day though.
That's a difficult job, my husband worked shifts as a policeman, he didn't like night's and always tried to finish and be home by 4am and then he could get to sleep. As a nurse who works nightshifts, I was working as the dawn broke and missed most of the day as I was asleep!
It was quite a sunny one, but I know what you mean about missing days. I've recently done a degree, in my retirement, and sometimes worked through the night and slept during the day. (BTW that's a great job you do - I've a lot of respect for those of you who work in the medical profession.)As a nurse who works nightshifts, I was working as the dawn broke and missed most of the day as I was asleep!
Nights have certainly got some getting used to, especially as I previously worked days! I usually finish about 7 in the morning and get home before the rush hour is in full swing! That's a difficult job, my husband worked shifts as a policeman, he didn't like night's and always tried to finish and be home by 4am and then he could get to sleep.
It has been a beautiful day today, had a lovely walk in the sunshine this morning. Great for praying...
The problem with the missing day is that usually it involves planning to do something and inevitably ending up sleeping! It was quite a sunny one, but I know what you mean about missing days. Hope you enjoyed doing your degree - which subject did you study?
We seem to be having similar weather at the moment...cloudy day but quite pleasant and a temperature of around 14c all the plants are showing new leaves and buds,It's 64F and mainly cloudy today here in Central Oklahoma. It's a beautiful day.
For Eugene and the surrounding area it's been warm, sunny and no rain, snow, sleet or any other of those things that like to come out of the sky; just to entertain us! Hallelujah! Now if we could get just a little more wind to blow away the smoke from the slash burning people are doing; to get rid of all the knocked down tree debris; from the snow storm 3 weeks ago; it would be a perfect spring day. But; hey ya can't have everything.
